My kids have been going to Eye Level Concord (and previously Mallard Creek) for several years. Their writing, math and critical thinking skills have exponentially improved over the time. Thanks to the exceptional teachers from Eye Level. The workbooks that kids receive every week are top notch. They take it as challenge to compete and get to the next level.

Our kid joined eyelevel classes 1month back and we see good progess in her English and Math subjects. Teachers are friendly, and they encourage kids to do the work. Thank you

My child is going to this eye level and we are glad that we have started this program early in her first grade. We could not be more pleased with the culture, advanced level of learning, and the overall environment. We clearly see the difference between teaching methodology between her school and eye level. Eye Level has made a huge difference in my daughter's school journey. Starting from building her confidence in kindergarten to helping her handle middle school challenges, their Math and English programs have been fantastic.Their workbooks are great at encouraging independence, and the teachers are the real stars! They make tough stuff easy to understand and enjoyable. They even supported my daughter's creativity in writing her own stories. The Spell Bee competitions was an added advantage!Overall, Eye Level boosted her confidence and progress a lot. I'd totally recommend it to parents looking for a great academic place. It's not just a regular learning spot; it's a place for top-notch learning!

After almost 2 years of virtual learning due to COVID, we realized our daughter was struggling with math. We decided to have her tested by Eye Level and it was the best decision we could have made for her! After 2 years in the program, my daughter is doing extremely well in math!The teachers do not coddle the children but instead encourage them to be responsible and independent which has helped my daughter improve her overall study habits.The teachers are awesome and most importantly, my daughter enjoys her time at Eye Level! I highly recommend!

Kola was AMAZING. the new director is rude, lacks compassion, and has no patience. She is money hungry. My daughter has made 0 progress since being in this program and when i communicated my concern to the mew director she replied “your daughter is struggling”. If you have the option to send your child somewhere else i would encourage you to do so.

Our child srarted at Eye Level Concord Mills about a year and a half ago. Since then he has improved tremendously in his abilities to do Math, Reading, Writing, and English Grammar. The teachers at Eye Level motivate him to put in his best effort, and this has also led to his improved performance in school as well. Please keep up the good work and thanks so much.

Eye Level has great educational enrichment programs. Specific to this location, staff and management are very friendly and cooperative. They do a great job in helping our kids learn advanced skills and stay on success path.

The owner/operator (franchisee) has a bad business practice, very deceive and misinform parents when they sign up their kids for enrollment. Per Eyelevel guidelines they should provide 1 hour section twice a week but owner for this location only gives HALF HOUR section but charge you full price. Owner is only behind money and very bad tutoring. Other parents had a similar complaint about this location they’ve to keep asking owner to switch their kids to one full hour section.

Owner only wants money... When my daughter joined she already knew subtraction addition . And even after 3 months she was doing same... When I checked they said we have level ... And we progress only after that.. even when we wanted to leave.. I went on 5th of month.. she said u need to come before 3rd.. they charged me for 2 months. Trust me don't teach anything good and just drag.. if ur. Sending ur kid please check there progress.

"Eye Level Learning Center - Concord Mills was a great experience for my daughter. In a short period of time, I could see my daughter's proficiency in Math had increased. Most of all, she was happy and excited to attend tutoring on a weekly basis and to be rewarded for her hard work. I was also amazed to see my daughter have the desire to do homework on the weekends. She was proud of herself for her small accomplishments and as a parent, it definitely made me feel more confident in Eye Level. I was pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Sumana and Ms. Carr.I would highly recommend Eye Level Learning Center at the Concord Mills location. Mrs. Sumana and her team are dedicated and passionate about what they do to excel and enhance our children's learning! Thank you for all you do!"
