Not sure how my box left your facility and then showed back up a few hrs later 2 days in a row. Its literally a big helmet box, if you lose that I cant imagine what else you guys lose. Get it together man, was supposed to be here 2 days ago

This location is tucked away in a corner but they do have drop off services for parcels. Staff is very helpful.

My salisbury, nc delivery driver James refuses to deliver to my front door. He leaves my packages at the street and in my neighbor's yard. Today I got an undeliverable notice with a picture of my driveway. He is lazy and incompetent. Avoid using FedEx if at all possible.

I had two packages be delivered within two weeks. Both times Terrence has put both against one of my vehicles! My porch is clean and big enough for these! The one beside the truck (which is today) the ground is wet and it’s raining. I myself work for a delivery service and would never lean or put anything against the customers cars, also wouldn’t put their purchase in the rain on the ground!

Super helpful! Amazon didn’t notify me that a package required a signature so they left a note with here the package would be. Came by later that evening to pick it up and they were super helpful through it all. Strongly recommend if you need to drop off a package as well.

A Customer package was left on at my door the wrong address 3130 was the right address my address is 3126 I had to get one of the kids in my neighborhood to carry it to the correct address, you can't be that Dumb and Stupid to know you left the wrong package at the wrong address They need to be Trained better than that
