The technician Elijah did a great job at diagnosing the motherboard that I took in on the other hand I was told he wanted to charge us $400 for a video card but he could not provide any information on the product that he was going to put in the PC . I walked away feeling scammed

Had my sick desktop in there last week. They got to work right away and did everything they could to save it, which they did. Had in back within a matter of a couple of days and found they were very reasonably priced. Hopefully I won't need computer services again for some time but if I do, I'll take it right back to FireFold.

My computer was suddenly making unbearable noises, so I took it to Firefold Tech and Repair. They knew exactly what the problem was and promptly gave me a very reasonable price to repair it. The staff is very honest, they did not try to upcharge me. The necessary repair was made and my computer is quietly running like new! I am very happy with their service and I highly recommend Firefold Tech and Repair!
