I am payed 600$ for them to fix a problem and I looked and the part they were supposed to replace and it is the same part, and my car actually looks and sounds worse my wheel is angled now and the alignment is worse and its only been a few months since they "fixed it" very pissed off

While I’m pleased that I have new brakes and my wheels are aligned, after spending $848, I’m left with very high pitched squeaking brakes. If I just drove to and from work, it might be bearable. But being an Uber driver, the high pitched squeaking is very frustrating! I would call to discuss, but all phone calls are handled via speakerphone, and I don’t feel like broadcasting my issue to an entire room of strangers. So, I’ll suffer in (squeaky) silence.

The manager lied about the timeframe and took double the max timeframe he stated. They also rotated my tires and I didn’t want that to be done. I just had new tires put on the front like I wanted, then they took it upon themselves to rotate them. I just wanted my brakes and rotors replaced and that felt like a hassle. I will not be going back be going back or recommending them to anyone else.

Been waiting 3 months for my $50 gift card for Cyber Monday November 2024- this is unacceptable and borders on fraud and severe incompetence!!!!!! Customers deserve much much better- terrible customer service and communication

Been going to Firestones for almost 20 years and never had a problem until today. Scheduled an 8:30 appointment for an oil change. At 9:45 I asked if it was almost done, and found out they had just put the car on the lift. I had to leave without the oil change. Why have appointments if you’re not going to honor them?

Front desk manager Josh is not patient enough to understand the background of my side of the explanation on an issue and passing judgement saying I have "the habit of talking when he is talking". How can he use the word habit when I just met him 10 min ago for the first time in my life. He is only interested in repeating his own version, not even trying to understand what i am trying to explain.
The next day, when i went back for wheel alignment using online appointment, he turned me away saying that my car wont be touched for at least an hour because i made the appointment online the same day, if that is the case why the system even allow us to make appointments if they cannot be honored. He could use convincing language while talking to a customer, this is totally unacceptable. I am looking for another place to go from now onwards.
Overall, bad experience dealing with Josh. I had no issues dealing with the other two people at front desk Cody and Keri.

The manager parked his car in the middle of the road to block Starbucks customers from the Starbucks parking lot when the road is in fact public property. This has created an even bigger problem and even a hazard to potential customers and his car should be removed. Sounds like a petty person to me, not a good one.

How are you going to charge us for an alignment and not do it!? If I let go of my steering wheel I will go right into the median. Also we asked them to check the windshield wiper fluid and they didn’t even do that but they sure did charge us for looking at it. They said they called us to go over pricing but the voicemail simply says “your car is ready” I get there and the windshield wiper fluid still does not come out. I will dispute the charges since I received nothing for what I paid for.

I’m not sure why they have time slots for appointments whenever they don’t work on your vehicle at that time.
