I won’t be returning to this location. They failed my state inspection based on false claims. First, they said my windshield wipers had a rip and tried to sell me a $55 replacement. When I checked myself and saw no damage, they changed the reason, claiming too much water was draining off the side of the car when the wipers were on.

I'm very frustrated with this placece used to be my favorite place to go not anymore the customer service people are absolutely awful and unprofessional I took my care there other day to change the oil and the guy helping me was very unprofessional

Made an appointment for an oil change this morning at 10am. I work next door so I said I would be back at 5pm to pick it up. I come back at 5:30pm and said they hadn’t even started it yet and would start it now. I had an appointment to get to and couldn’t wait so I said no I have to go. I asked why it took almost 8 hours? He said they were “understaffed.” They clearly forgot. Just tell the truth. What’s the point on an appointment? He went to talk to his manager and came back and said tell them about it next time I come in and I’ll get a “discount.” I think waiting 8 hours deserves a manager apology and to tell me exactly how much of a discount I’ll get. I think I’m just going to take my business elsewhere.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Firestone Complete Auto Care (Concord Mills, NC area) I brought my vehicle in for an inspection and expected a thorough check. Instead, they missed obvious issues that should have been caught during the initial inspection. Now they’re asking me to pay for additional repairs that could have been addressed upfront. This lack of attention to detail and professionalism has left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Zero Stars !! RACIST Employees !! You can feel the energy soon as you walk in. They address everyone white. But when black ppl walked in no ADDRESSING US with common courtesy. Nasty Attitudes Customer Service was HORRIBLE. I got a basic alignment done the technician did not test my truck out to make sure it was correct. The pulling is worst. I tried calling back to speak with a manager & explain the issue. He was VERY rude & uninformative. My father has an account with this company & this is unacceptable to treat consumers this way. My alignment cost $120 and the issue is NOT FIXED , it’s actually pulling worst. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is SLOPPY WORK !!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for an OIL CHANGE, on a MONDAY @ 2:30pm. I arrived a few minutes early and was advised that the turn around time would be 1hr and 15 mins. (cool).
I left the shop, walked around a mall that is near by, and returned at 3:55pm. Not only wasn’t the oil change complete, they explained that they didn’t have the filter for my car and that they just received it from delivery. -Needless to say, no one called to update me on the time change, and AFTER the delivery, the car wasn’t ready until 4:25pm.
What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment? An oil change should never take over 2 hours at a reputable company.
In addition, they are a little more expensive than expected, even with a coupon! $10 off an oil change was still $155
Note: Be prepared to spend more for very slow service.

Not the best experience. I was there on 8/7/24 and had to return on 8/8/24 because the problem was never resolved even though I was told at check out everything was fine. And then when I was there on 8/8/24 there another issue that I got some misinformation about that I'm still not clear on what is correct. I left with it never resolved and when I brought it up to the women at the check out counter. She showed no interest to help me out . And just wanted to cash me out as fast as she could
and get me out of there. I'd stay away from this location.

Don't buy the lifetime alignment. After the first alignment, they will look for any opportunity or excuse not to do another alignment for you
