This bank is horrible. After sitting in line for 20 minutes got to window to be told my check was to large to cash at window I would need to come inside. Then the manager Otis is extremely unprofessional. I won’t go through all details but in short laughed in my face at my questions then proceeded to request what I was doing with the money from check I was cashing. I closed my account with First Citizens. Also if you need statements after approximately 16 months they are no longer online to save on computer and they charge $7 per statement to print after 16 months. This bank is absolutely one of the worst I have dealt with ever. From branch managers to bank processes and procedures. Several locations I have experienced the management staff being rude.

I've been using First Citizens for my personal banking needs since 2012 and also now use them for my business banking needs (since 2014). Very personal service which is refreshing to find in a bank these days.

Just started banking with First Citizens and the people at this branch are super friendly. Susan Pinto is a great asset to the team and very helpful. She is very empathetic and goes to great lengths to help others!

I love this bank and this branch especially. They are always so nice and efficient . They are located in a busy area but no matter how busy they may be they always make sure that I don't feel rushed when making my transactions. I also like how they don't try to sell me products and services just because they have to . When they have given me product recommendations I know it's something that is beneficial to me and not just because they need to hit a number . I've experienced that at other banks and it isn't pleasant.

I've been banking at First Citizens since the 70's. I've travelled the world and outlived 2 husbands and finally relocated to the area again. I absolutely love the service I receive at this branch. Even when they are busy they take the time to greet you when you walk in and the fact that they know a lot of the returning customers by name I find to be a quaint touch that many places lack now. They seem to have a lot of patience especially the young lad named Jeremy and I've seen them first hand handle themselves with great class when entitled individuals come in causing a ruckus.

Do not bank here for small business. Went in to the bank at 4:30 and the branch manager refused to give us change. We are a business customer. We pay for this service. They also charge your account to get change. You can go in any other bank and get the service free. Worst customer service. Will be closing this account. Bye bye first citizens.

These guys suck. I had one late payment & got a 40 point drop on my credit report. No email, no letter, nothing, until I got a letter saying they reported me. Crooks, like pretty much every bank . . . your money is worth .01 percent APR in your savings, but they will charge you 12 bucks for an overdraft, or 25% interest on your credit card without blinking an eye. It is seriously legal theft. Closing my accounts. BTW, this is my first review, and I never do reviews, but we as consumers are getting ripped off in so many ways . . . Think about it First Citizens executives when you are on your 5th vacation this year and get a 12 million dollar golden parachute because you imbezzled!! BITE ME!!!

I went in 5 min before close and they asked if i could come back the next day, because they had counted their banks already. I said no, and Jeremy told me that they prefer that business clients come in by 4:30. I told them then they should lock their doors at 4:30. They should honor their hours of operation, and not make their customers feel as though they are a burden. Jeremy was relentless in his plight and even to the point that he said that he would not service me, when I stood my ground , he reluctantly took my deposit. I left feeling infuriated. and Jeremy seemed oblivious to how customer service is supposed to be. HONOR your hours of operation and don't make the customer feel like a burden. Shame on you Jeremy.

I was traveling through the area and needed something notarized. They refused as I don't bank with them. Either you have a Notary Public or you don't.. I can understand charging a fee for non customers, but to refuse service seems like bad business. I won't bank with them in the future.

One of the most unorganized banks. I try to only deal with the deposit atm but even that has a very low success rate. Stick to credit unions. They need your money less so they treat you like the want your buisness.
