I was in this store today and they were playing their own rap music and the “N” word was said REPEATEDLY in one song to the point where my kid was like mommy I want to leave because the music is bad music!! It was so uncomfortable and distasteful!! As an African American adult and someone who worked in retail as a manager for years, this was the most abhorrent thing I have ever experienced in a retail store! As store catered to serving families, I was disgusted!!! Where was the store manager or MOD?!? If they were there and this was ok to them, they need to have their position reconsidered!!!

The cashier claimed an email address was required to complete the transaction. After talking to customer service, that is actually not the policy. I'm assuming they must get some sort of incentive for collecting emails, still very shady though. Plus the cashier had an attitude when I questioned the legality of that policy.

I stopped in at footlocker to get my son a couple of items and I found out that they have some great pre-holiday sales going on. Whitney was the sales associate that assisted me and she was very knowledgeable of the products they had in stock, she helped me select some really nice items. I also noticed some new Adidas colors that are not even in stock at the Adidas store, so don't sleep on footlocker for the latest styles and colors!
