The ladies who work there were so nice and attentive, they even helped me pick a dress after needing help with the many choices they have. Also the store in general is pretty and they let you price match the prices from their website

This store is so cute but the customer service can be hit or miss. I just stopped in 7/17 4:00PM & the only associate working was on her call phone head down texting the whole time. Couldn’t be bothered to say 1 word.

The customer service at this location is SO SUPERIOR compared to any other store I have ever shopped. I saw and fell in love with a dress at the store TWO weeks ago. Unfortunately I was unable to stop by and get it due to time constraint and I had to leave this beautiful dress behind. When I got the chance I looked online and this was a dress (like many they have) that you cannot order online. I immediately called and asked if they had the dress in my size and if they could hold it until the next week, and they said yes. Well next week came and once again I was unable to get the dress due to another time constraint and I called and asked if they would hold the dress until the weekend. Once again they said yes. So when I got the chance I went up to the store and I asked for the dress on hold and they brought it out for the back and were so kind and complimented me on the dress and everything and then were externally friendly and despite a heavily crowded store continually checked on me and my shopping and helped so much. I ended up buying 2 other dresses besides the one that I came for. Kayla and Anna are fantastic employees and their service gives me another reason to shop at Francesca's like I have for the past 5 years.
