Would definitely recommend this place, from Savannah being kind on the phone throughout beginning of the process to Zayne answering all your concerns to Amanda and all of them updating you consistently is key. Car came back nice. Had some concerns that were addressed immediately with profession and care in a fast manner. A lot of other places can fix cars as well, but this place has outstanding customer service and care! If anything were to pop up for example the snow day recently, they immediately notify you which is good to have that consistent texts. Thanks Savannah, Amanda and Zayne. Would def come back to them if anything else were to happen but def recommend.

My car was rear ended and decided to take her here to get repaired. They were able to get me in very quickly, and the guy that worked with me I forget his name :( he had arm freckles hehe. He was super nice and communicative and answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Savannah was also nice.

Got into a small fender bender when a fella backed into me. Decided to go with Gerber for my repairs based on reviews. The reviews didn't lie! Shop was fantastic with communication. Shop allowed me to keep my car until parts were delivered to cut down on rental coverage. Special shout out to Zayne!!! He contacted me everyday to keep me in the loop on repairs. Results came out beautiful and I was even surprised at how well the color matched on the paint job! They even went the extra mile to clean the inside and outside of my car. Hopefully I never need any more major body work completed, but if I do, this is the place to go!

Experience with Gerber Collision & Glass (Concord location) was first class. Savannah (front desk), Zayne (estimator), and Gabe (GM) demonstrated professionalism and client service excellence from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by their efforts to get me my car back on a Friday afternoon, when the work probably could have easily been pushed to Monday (causing me to pay rental car insurance over the weekend). I will undoubtedly go back to them if I have collision repair needs in the future.

I received a quote online and confirmed with a representative on the phone. I then got a text saying they missed me but they never called. I called them back and all the prices changed 3 more times and I was told the glass that was in stock wasn't really in stock and would have to be ordered. They do not honor anything they say and buyers should be very careful with this buisness.

Scheduled a free estimate online and had my fiancé take the vehicle to the shop today on his lunch break. He called me because he was told that they won’t do an estimate as the other party’s insurance company had already done an estimate. I tried to explain that we were looking to get the parts and labor costs provided by Gerber but she said that they wouldn’t do an estimate. It seems like they just wanted the check and didn’t care that we would like to know what needed to be done to the car in detail. I told my fiancé to leave and we’ll find another place that will provide better service.

Gabe and his team were amazing. I was informed on the condition of my vehicle the entire process and any questions I had were promptly answered. STELLAR communication between the staff and the customer.
