GNC at Concord Mills in Concord is a great place to go for all things quality vitamins and supplements in one location. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

This store is located in Concord Mills Mall right down from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The store is smallish but well stocked. The store is clean and well lit. I went in today to find a high protein/low carb meal replacement. The employee working, Matthew, was very insightful. He Helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was more than helpful- he was encouraging, polite and caring. My experience was great. The selection here is good. They stock many dietary products. They have weight gain and weight loss supplements. They have vitamins. If you don't see(or know) what you are looking for just ask. They are very helpful here.

This store manager always helped me with even the smallest details of my goals. He’s help me reach so many personal goals… The skies the limit when you have such a knowledgeable associate. Always a friendly welcome and a more than happy to help attitude. On 6/12/2019 at went to store #6685,to return a product.The associate Craig was beyond ignorant,rude and argumentative to me.He was trying not to return a unboxed item and I had the receipt.He kept stating I was suspicious and the transaction was suspicious.He asked me why was I returning the item which I explained to him,then he said why don’t you take it back to the store you got it from.I stated to him does GNC require you to do that and if so why is it not on the back of the receipt.He said no.I explained to him I was on this side of town and he argued with me for approximately 20-25 minutes.He looked at me having the mindset and the actions of me being a young African American male,doesn’t work,incompetent non educated.I can state this because he begin explaining the ingredients of the product to me and I had to tell him that I have be using these products for a long time and aware of the ingredients. This was the most difficult and negative experience,I have had from GNC.This matter needs to be taken care off. If not GNC will continue to get low rating of customer service. Craig made me feel like I was criminal and I was being interrogated. Please fix’s these matters thank you.

I went into this store eating a bag of chips not knowing a thing about fitness until a sales rep by the name of Craig came to assist me on what could make me live the best life I can live. He showed me the clear path between good and evil like young Luke and Yoda. Now I'm in shape, have a fiancé, save three cats from big trees, finished game of thrones, and can go to the gym 4 times a week and walking out like a MF champ. So go to this GNC and buy the Lit and get the Pro so you can get free stuff.
