This is my normal haircut place but today was my first time with Kris. She was fantastic. She took my normal haircut recipe that I have had forever and did several tweeks that no one has suggested before. Great customer service! Thank you Kris!

First time when we went attendent let’s stand for 10 minutes then said we don’t have staff. Next time We had appointment but they canceled when we reached there and told us to wait for 40 minutes. Staff is not very friendly won’t go there again.

Worst customer service and terrible management. I was in the store and there were no customers but still she was insisting on not taking anymore customers stating that it’s been her second straight day working late. I was in time and and there’s a big placard which says walk right in and there are three employees who are sitting idle without doing anything and she doesn’t want to take a walkin though the store is open. Unfortunately me and my whole are regular customers to great clips and it’s time to switch to another carrier. Thankd for giving us a wonderful experience. Good luck
