Today, I came in at around 12:00 PM, and the customer service had been very poor. The lady who was helping me did not speak to me when I arrived and motioned me to a fitting room with low mutters when I requested to try on clothes. She refused to input my number when checking out for rewards and redirected me to do it myself for online purchases. Consequently, I asked for a refund, and she refused to give it to me. Therefore, I walked out of the store with a purchase of clothing I am not happy with. She claimed to be the manager when asked.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience and will never be returning. They basically insisted my daughter stole one of there wallets without saying she stole it. Asked me if she had a wallet in her purse, I was completely confused whole doing this because I know my child wouldn't steal but I guess they thought otherwise. Customer service was great even while asking about her stealing lol, inventory was amazing as well. We won't be going back but luckily there's are other locations.

Horrible customer service cashier is racist make faces and give you attitud when she dosen't understant you, manager have wrost attitud than the cashier is like they just want you to go and dont even shop there.

Opened late, after 11:04. Staff looked like they just rolled out of bed. Manager had an attitude when ringing up. Disgusting. Find another job or quit if you don’t want to work. Terrible.
