JACOB in the meat department was AMAZING and friendly! GARRET the big guy with the grayish/reddish beard in the meat department WAS RUDE. GARRET avoided us the whole time we were waiting at the counter to get shrimp and salmon. NOT TO MENTION. We called earlier to ask what kind of salmon and shrimp they had up on the counter. GARRET answered the phone condescendingly to my wife and didn't tell us what was for sale! Thankfully JACOB helped us at the counter when arrived at the store and GARRET did ignore us.

This is by far the most pathetic grocery store I have ever encountered. I have visited this location quite a few times because it’s unfortunately near my kids school and it’s more convenient to run in. However, they never ever have what I need. Which is an inconvenience and causes me to have to visit more than one grocery store. The most disgusting thing is the staff. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not friendly at all. I’ve had managers look right at me and not speak or tell me to have a great day, thank me for shopping, ask me if I need any help while shopping. They have all of these employees standing around running their mouths to one another and do not interact with customers at all.
They look at customers like they’re crazy and act as if the customer is in their way. I don’t know if most have an issue with just black people or just ignorant overall. They really need to invest in the entire store being trained in customer service etiquette.

I've been using the delivery service for a few weeks since I had foot surgery and can not drive. The deliveries are always on time, and the delivery drivers help bring everything into my kitchen. Very helpful!!

Nothing like taking a ten minute detour just to walk in and immediately walk out due to the overpriced/dirty seafood counter
