There were two workers a man and woman talking behind the register and an empty line, besides one person getting help by the woman. I walked up to the man behind the register asked if he was open he said sorry no. I proceed to move in back of the other person getting helped while browsing the socks for awhile and then a line began to form in back of me. Once the person was done with the purchase I stepped up to the counter the wigwoman behind the register tried to tell me the line started back there. She clearly wasn’t paying attention that I was there the whole time she was talking and even tried to ask me to go the back of the line so there wasn’t any confusion??? Terrible customer awareness. If you can’t have a conversation and be aware of a customer in line then maybe don’t talk with coworkers while customers are around. I did not move because she didn’t make any sense got through my purchase while she huffed and puffed.

Around a month and half back I bought a jacket from H&M Concord Mills store and have used it for 2-3 times only till now but have started observing at some places threads are coming out off the jacket (sharing pictures in attachment) which makes it looks odd and not good.
I visited the same store to return or exchange it but they refused saying that we don’t have tag of the jacket in tact though we still have bill with us(sharing in attachment. I tried to call customer care but they said store needs to decide here HoRRIBLe Service

Needs cleaning looks worse than any store I've been in . Clothes all over the floor shoes hanging everywhere the children section was awful know one was doing anything but standing around the only person I saw working was at the register that's because I paid for an item
