“Extremely frustrating that the store policy wouldn’t allow them to price match the 50% off frame price online in store. I ended up buying the frame “online” for in store pick up to get the lower price. Thankfully your excellent associate, Kenny, who I had spoken to before went out of her way to quickly pull my order and found me in store so I didn’t have to wait. Excellent customer service. :)”
