“Love me some michaels!! And this location is no different. The large selection is very nice and the staff is knowledgeable enough to help you find what you are looking for. Some of them even enjoy crafts themselves so it is nice to talk about projects. Solid Michaels spot I would revisit !”

“Stopped in here with my son who was on military leave in the Airforce, visiting from New Mexico. At Buzz City there was a great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, and nice selection of stock. I loved the spaciousness and old bank feel. My son bought some Orks (Warhammer 40k) which renewed my personal interest from the early 90s. I nabbed one of his guys and painted it after not painting one since the 90s. The pic is below.”

“I purchased the viral gingerbread house kits I saw on TikTok from this Michaels location, as they were on sale, and they helped me create a really fun and enjoyable event. Overall, the selection and pricing were great, and some of the employees were genuinely helpful and kind.

However, the staff experience was inconsistent. While I personally did not have any direct issues, there were visible tensions between certain employees and other customers. Voices were raised, and the interactions felt unnecessarily confrontational, which was uncomfortable to witness.

Additionally, the store itself felt quite disorganized. This is not a dollar store, and a higher level of cleanliness and organization is expected. I hope the management can address these issues and create a more orderly and welcoming shopping environment.”
