While shopping with my wife and nephew, my nephew approached an employee to inquire about an item. However, the other employee was ringing another customer. She abruptly turned away from the customer and verbally reprimanded my nephew, calling him unprofessional and using profanity. she was the rude and unprofessional one. Never had this kind of experience at this hot topic before

My favorite Hot Topic, the employees are always pleasant and helpful but not overbearing, the store is clean and organized.

Love Hot Topic, always have a good stock of new styles. They have a great selection of on sale clothes which I love. Great atmosphere and staff have always been helpful and extremely nice.

This is the only store I can go to with my daughter. The staff is super nice at this location, and service is quick. Go in with an open mind because they don't always have a huge selection of sizes for each item, but I use that to help my daughter decide. "You like these the, but this is the only one on your size. " "Okay, I'll take that one then!" "Hooray!". Great selection of anime, Ghibli (?), Sanrio, and alternative band clothing and accessories
