I don’t go into Hot Topic much anymore, but my niece has been obsessed with Anime and online games, so this store has her favorite stuff! But it was a great experience coming to this location and all the staff there were so sweet and helpful! My online pickup was quick and smooth and then I got a 25% off coupon to shop that day. Best believe I used it. Also infinity at check out did an awesome job and was full of knowledge and so friendly. I had a great experience and will be coming back!

I love this store the staff is always nice and welcoming, the prices are crazy but we all know it’s not up to the staff or managers just the big cheese, but anyways it’s always a good time here

Not happy about this store at all. Am I’m sure I wasn’t the only parent that went home upset for their child. Two guest came in today and bought out the stores new supply of mini backpacks. I’m not talking 2-3 I’m talking about they may have had 20 each. This wouldn’t be an issue if you guys were a big store and had 100-200 on hand. But with that being said hot topic really needs to update their policy to limit guest on new items.
5 per visit. That way other children get the chance at new items too. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I could have gotten my daughter what she wanted for her birthday. The biggest let down of the day.

Whole store smells like cat urine.(not even joking, it’s BAD like to the point they should be giving discounts AND setting up candles) and the fact it’s smelt like this for the past 6-8 months is insane. Not even to mention the workers my god

We were in the Concord store on Tuesday, November 25th, 2024. My granddaughter, who is almost 13, was looking for clothes. She is at that age where she doesn't know what she wants. One of the associates, Del, started helping us and showing her different pieces. She found a couple she liked but they did not have her size. He immediately checked to see if he could order them, which we did. We put her in a dressing room and he started picking things out for her. She was able to find numerous items because of his help. She was so happy when we left. Del's interest in her made her day. Great service!

When I went there in November 2023 it had a terrible layout that was hard to navigate and was way too crowded. What was with the wall of hair next to the register? Worst hot topic I’ve ever been inside.

Hot topic is always fun to go and see all the different fandoms. Especially the Disney as a huge Disney lover. I picked up a few mystery blind boxes on my most recent trip and instead of opening them alone Del and Park asked to see me open them. My intoverted self didn’t want to but they both were so sweet and made the whole trip amazing. Thank you both. Del even made sure they corrected my info on my account as almost none of it was up to date as I’ve moved and had the wrong name in the system. They are such a joy, I’ll need to run by and pick up some more blind boxes to not only complete the set but also to bring some joy to both them, and to enjoy a trip out of my comfort zone.
