5 stars for this birthday party location! They help you set up and clean up the party area and there’s so much to do inside the gym! The kids loved the foam pit and bounce house and the parents had a blast too! We had 1 year olds up to 7 and there was something for everyone. 10/10 recommend!

Open gym on Mondays and Thursdays is a huge hit for young kids - and for only $5 for the hour, it’s a great deal too! Love the mix of group activities and staff as well

AMAZING! I had never been here before but heard about their 5 dollar toddler hour on Mondays at 10 so I took my two toddlers and had a BLAST!!! SO much fun. The staff are wonderful and great with kids too.. highly recommend.

We offer something for everyone at IMPACT ONE! Join one of our Elite or PREP Cheerleading teams! We offer tumbling classes and private lessons for all levels. Other offerings include birthday parties, summer camps, school cheer clinics, conditioning classes, parents night out and preschool/homeschool programs!
