I was in the store on 4/27/24 @ 12:30. The 2 guys working were SUPER helpful and friendly. ( I think one's name was Drew). There was also a girl working that was nice too. I will def return!!

They never pick up their phone. I bought 3 pairs of shoes and they didn't check if the shoes were all in there. I'm from out of the state. I called customer service and they said since I bought it in stores I have to call them. They won't pick up their phone calls and so now I have to drive back down for them to give me the left shoe that they should have made sure to put in.

Please do not work here. 962 ( The other journeys ) is the complete opposite of a fun working environment. They all talk behind your back. violate so many policies. Nully and joanna may seem nice on the outside but behind closed doors they are the most twisted people. For everyone in D21 youll learn soon enough.-Reggie.

My overall experience as an employee was horrible the work environment is toxic and constantly having to walk on eggshells to make sure i don’t get fired for any little thing.

Such an amazing atmosphere! The employees are the kindest people you'd ever meet too. The manager, Nully, personally greeted me and made my shopping experience a breeze! I highly recommend this store for shoe shopping with the kiddos. Their staff tops any other kids shoe place!

The manager was having a meeting before opening and the public out side could hear her using profanity. Talking very loud it was hard not to hear the use of profanity. The lady was wearing yellow boots and a green button up dress/shirt. Very unprofessional.

I've been searching for a pair of Dr. Martens for my daughter and finally located a pair at Journeys Kidz in Concord, NC. We live in Virginia and the representative went above and beyond to make sure my daughter will have her boots for Christmas -- she is transferring the Dr. Martens to our local Journeys store! That is GREAT customer service!!!!

Great customer service today. I was shopping for a gift for my nephew and Sharinity and Nya helped in a big way. They were super polite and helped me pick out some great pieces that he would like. Hats, shirts, and shoes. I'm sure he'll love the gifts. Thanks ladies!

Management needs to retrain staff on how to properly build a sale with a costumer. The moment you walk into this store, an employee will follow you and hover over you in an attempt to drain every penny from your pocket. Staff needs to learn how to give costumers space and time to browse.

The sales staff was super helpful and friendly but unfortunately they didn't have my size of Chuck Taylors in five different styles and colors. This is why retail is eventually going to die I went home and ordered exactly what I wanted in 5 minutes and I'll be here in 2 days
