David was very helpful and the store has just what I need. I'm a taller man so my pant length is a 34. Just Casual had my length and size in every section of the store. Hopefully they bring one to Charlotte but until then, I'll be back!

I purchased my grandson a shirt for Christmas from this store. After following the labeled instructions for cleansing the shirt, it fell apart. I went to return the shirt and was told they would not take it back, exchange or refund my money. The salesman was so rude. I asked for the managers card. He gave me a blank card stating Team Member. When I asked for managers name, all I got was Sam. The rude man stated that he didn't know his last name. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This store sells garbage and doesn't care what happens afterwards.
