Nice quality products, usually a sale going on, but staff are always hovering and talking to you every 60 seconds. You definitely feel watched, like you are not trusted. I worked retail a long time so I understand loss prevention and trying to make sales goals… but staff interacted in ways that felt pushy and rushed.

I called Kate Spade Outlet,Concord,NC.I described the purse that I wanted.It was in stock.I paid on line.When I saw the purse I was disappointed.It was too small.I bought a small wallet in the store to fit in it. To make up for the size.I was not allowed to exchange.

We shopped at the Kate Spade Concord Mills location last evening and thought the sales staff were all outstanding. The four employees we spoke to all greeted us, answered questions and were so patient despite the crowd. We were shopping for a Hudson tote that was not at the outlet. They called Charlotte and then at least 3 other places to finally locate the Hudson tote in the color we requested. After a tutorial on a pay-by-link, we were assured our bag was on the way and received a followup call from them today! What extraordinary salesmanship.

Very friendly ladies working at this store and asked me if I needed help. Got some jewelry that was on sale and was impressed with the quality. Overall the handbags are a little expensive but they always have good sales and will be back.

I visited this location on 02/26 at approximately 5:20pm. I had a terrible experience in this store thanks to the older associate who kept staring at my boyfriend and I while we shopped around and later on announced that there was a silver piece of jewelry missing from the jewelry table that only I happened to be standing by. I was very excited to go in and buy a few items for my birthday but when I noticed what this lady was doing and trying to imply it completely shifted my mood. I’ve always had an excellent experience whenever shopping at a Kate Spade store and have always been greeted and given space to shop freely. I used to be a salesperson myself and I know that sometimes there is a need to be persistent however this is not what this associate was doing. Her actions were unprofessional and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Thanks to her i am now questioning if I ever want to shop this brand again.

Smaller Kate store than the Mebane outlet, but still has a lot of items. I found some earrings and a bag that were both on sale. I do agree the carpets were a bad touch on the corporate side, but not much you can do on a store level. Friendly staff and not too overwhelming!

My new favorite Kate Spade location! My best friend and I went in this store to look for last minute Christmas gifts. We came across a bag which we both loved but the last one was just purchased. We asked a sales associate if she could help find it and she gave us a number to another store. We left the store and then returned to ask a question... that's when we met our super hero Sarah, the Assistant Manager. She offered to help us. She was able to call the store, secure the item and now we will have our bags before Christmas! Sarah for the win!

Super easy to find what I wanted and the sale was phenomenal! The staff was just fine. Nothing show stopping but pleasant to work with. The store was small although organized. Definitely an outlet to check out if you want good deals on cute bags!

Kate Spade Outlet at Concord Mills in Concord is a great place to go for all things Kate Spade at good prices. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.
