My son has been at KKLC since he was 1. He is now 9 and I send him for camp. Most amazing teachers and administrators! The teachers love the kids and feed them well! They learn a lot!!! My son was reading at 3 and working math problems at 4!!! I love KKLC!

This is a wonderful preschool. With great teachers and staff who are always looking to make sure you and your child are happy.

My son has attended KKLC since he was two (over 5 years). We left another center in the Concord area which had a whole host of issues. We've been incredibly happy with the school. The Pre K program prepared him for school. He's loved all of the teachers he's had. His after school teacher has been with him since he was in Kindergarten, moving up every year with his class. That's just one thing that makes this school so special. The office staff has always been quick to resolve any issues I've had with billing or to provide timely information that relates to my child. I've had several friends enroll their children here, some having to wait for a spot. Their high enrollment is just another testament to the fact that this school is doing something right. I can't recommend this program enough.

An awful place to put your child! The teachers are very caring but the front office staff is a joke! They have little kids running their office. Katelyn is a walking nightmare, rude and inconsiderate. The whole office is awful. No greeting, the office talks poorly of the teachers right to the parents, no communication whatsoever and just a terrible place. I'm yanking my son from this awful place!!!!!! This place used to be great until new management. Pastor Price should be notified of the office behavior

Both my children have been going to Kings keep since they were wee. I have recommended this place to tons of people and we don't move from the area because I wouldn't be comfortable leaving my children in any other daycare.Their after school teachers are fabulous and serve as a role model to my daughter. On many occasions kklc has gone out of their way to accommodate my child's need. More than anything, my children look forward to going there every morning. As a parent that speaks volumes to me! Keep it up KKLC!

My daughter has attended KKLC since she was one (about 3 yrs. ago). The teachers and staff have all been great except this year. My daughter has gone through 5 teachers so far. With the recent changes to office staff (ie. new director) it seems they can’t keep good help and there have been a huge teacher turnover. In my opinion the office staff is young, inexperienced and unprofessional. You can send an email/leave a message and if lucky it might get returned in a timely manner. Office staff goes on vacation but never establish an out of office message (voice mail or email). The teachers are over worked (usually at max student to teacher ratio), get limited breaks and in my opinion disrespected. I feel so guilty that I actually recommended this place to a friend. We are now both actively seeking alternative care for our kids.

I am writing this review because a light needs to be shed on the lack of care at this center. We chose this Center based off a positive tour great location and we believed we shared the same core values. Unfortunately, our 15 month old was not properly cared for in the toddler class so parents beware that your child may have another kid sippy cup, clothing on even if you pack extra for your child and not have their faces/hands wipes for hours. Our son came down with the flu on his 3rd day and in our experience the Directors only care about collecting tuition payments not the children. Noone called to check the status of our son recovery and the Director stated that she was going to call (I will leave this statement for her to reflect on because I don't believe it to be true especially after 6 days). Your child will only be yet another number. We voiced our concerns about the center sanitary policies, but no action followed. Just a ton of apologies and no evidence that our concerns were of importance. Our child although not verbal cried even when we pulled into the parking lot. It's a shame that this center portrays that they are concerned about the well-being of each child, but unfortunately our experience has shown that they are not. Just shameful. Please DO NOT put your children at risk for neglect. If your child was verbal, they will tell you they are NOT happy here.

I have 3 kids in this school. 2 are in afterschool and have made great friends there. They have been there for years and both are above grade level. The 3rd has been there since he was an infant. He is advance for his age and I can thank his teachers there for it. They care about the kids they have there. The administration care about the facility and do everything in their power to give the kids a great environment.

I am writing this review because of an instance that happened today. When I went to pick my 2yr old, he was missing. S missing, the teacher said he was around but 4 to 5 teachers were around they didn't go know where he was. I got so psyched, at last one teacher found him in another room(alone) much to our relief. Almost for approx 10mins (known to me) he has not been around and no one noticed. That was scary for me as a mother. I pulled him out immediately. Now I won't say the whole center and all teachers are bad. The 5yr old class where my daughter goes was ok. I had a bad experience with my son and I don't trust the toddler teacher(s) there. I am glad I got my son back.

We chose this facility based on a positive tour experience and proximity to our work locations. Our 8 week old seemed to sleep more at daycare vs at home during the day with me which may have just been a coincidence. Ten infants of varying ages (crawlers mixed in with infants) seems like a lot to handle for only two employees. I understand this is probably due to North Carolina ratio laws, but after seeing it in action, it wouldn't hurt to throw in an extra adult. I say this because our eight week old child was severely scratched by another child while the employees were engaged with the other kids. They transfer the babies to an adjoining room and sometimes only one employee is left with the children during transfer time. My husband picked up our child that evening and an employee implied maybe our daughter just scratched herself while sleeping. I also noticed that the secure doors were often left unlocked. In addition, a back door by the infant carrier shelving was also open one morning (during the winter months no less) with absolutely no one around.Anyone shopping for a facility, beware.

Our daughter attends Kings Keep and it is a wonderful school! The teachers truly care about the students, teach them wonderful things and are always happy to see my child in addition to our child always wanting to see them! The administration has always been kind to us and has been wonderful working with us in our various concerns. Everyone seems to really care about the students, their education and Christ. This school continues to surpass our expectations at ever corner! We are so glad we found Kings Keep!

My son has attended Kings Keep Learning Center since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 4 years old and he is reading and telling me amazing stories from the bible that he has learned!!!! The teachers love the children with all their heart and treat each and every child as if they were their own! They have a very safe and secure check-in and pick-up system that has made me feel so comfortable from day one! As hard as it is to leave my son and go to work each day, having him in a safe environment helps me to be successful at work!! I wouldn't have my son attend any other childcare!
