Hard to support local small businesses when they refuse to sale products to customers. My husband asked to buy a few packs of swishers and the cashier rudely refused him, insinuated the reason was because of the neighborhood and the type of people that purchase them. Not sure what she was trying to say there. We live in a nice home and work hard for our money. He went to QT and of course received the BEST customer service with a smile. We will no longer support this business or their ridiculous policies. Even if your suppliers aren't coming through for you, refusing to sell products is IDIOTIC in today's day and age. Good luck, we've been coming there for the last 20 years. Arguing with customers when they call to discuss this with you is generally frowned upon as well.

Archaic, unreliable card processors at the pump. They place a $126 hold on your card for even the smallest gas purchase. Today one of their pumps froze mid transaction, I had to move to another pump, and ended up with $252 worth of holds on my account for $30 worth of gas. Spend some of that money you’re making in some better equipment.

Went there this morning..the only store on my way home from work. Google says open at 6am but the doors were locked. There were 2 older gentlemen sitting down drinking coffee! When I called Rebecca answered and gave me nothing but attitude and then lied and told me that the two old guys helped her open??!! 3 people to open a convenient store? If your opener can't open on timeor have ANY kind of customer service skills, maybe you should hire someone else.

Place has always been kind of janky. Pump wouldn't tale a brand new chip card, so had to go inside to pay for gas. Ironically, the same card worked inside. Cashier was kind of snotty. Typical Concord.

My cigarettes was $6.37 a pack then raised them to $7.54 and $77.00 a carton no way it is at the bottom of my neighborhood, tobacco stores their $58.00 a carton, go to shell up the road their $61.00 a carton, iand $6.13 pack of you smoke American Spirits

Couldn't get inside and was locked out at 9:58pm on a Saturday night by someone blocking the door inside holding a lock lol and the hours say 11pm it wasn't even 10pm yet terrible business never coming back prices are d*** high for everything anyways.

Horrible! Takes 10 minutes just to find a pump that even has gas and when you do, it takes forever for it to fill up! Definately won't get your moneys worth there!
