Kitkos is an exceptional store that consistently delivers both outstanding products and an incredible customer experience. Woo and his mother are absolutely wonderful—professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every visit is a pleasure.
We shop there whenever we can for their essential oil perfumes, whipped shea butter, waist beads, and so much more. The quality is always high-end and thoughtfully curated, with attention to detail you can truly feel. Kitkos stands out as a truly unique shop, and it is easily one of my favorite stores in the Charlotte area. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for premium, one-of-a-kind products and excellent service.
