I find Kohl's has gotten very overpriced on several items. Same items can be purchased at other retailers at much better prices and better fitting clothing. However, I do like the fact that there is a sephora inside the store.

I shopped at Kohl's Concord Mills store in Concord, NC and found interesting merchandise. I purchased a set of bath towels of good quality and color that were on sale. The check out process was friendly and effitient. Pleaseant experience at Kohls!

Went to this Kohl’s today and had two kohl’s cash coupons I wanted to use. Was told one had a balance of $0 and had been used, which I have confirmed it had not been. Seems Kohl’s doesn’t not accept these correctly, the worker refused to acknowledge the coupon and was extremely rude. Be careful at this store and be sure to take the coupons back to double check later online or at another store. Horrible customer service.

Very bad return experience. I was the only customer waiting to return an item, but I had to wait for 5-10 minutes before receiving any assistance. The two customer service representatives were chatting and completely ignored me. I have never had such a bad return experience.

Unorganized, minimal staff however Elizabeth is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was super helpful guiding me to self pick up and she even saved me money navigating my phone to the Kohls app all the while super busy store!

This store seems to always be disorganized compared to the others in Charlotte. I’m standing in a line of 15+ because there are only 2 cashiers and the customer service dept but there are associates all over the floor walking around….
