Long wait times, understaffed, printer equipment failures causing delays and they only did 3 out of the 11 blood tests ordered so now I have to go back again after I’ve already paid out of pocket for these tests.

There should be a no star option because this place is a joke. Labcorp should be ashamed at how bad this place is. You are told you need an appt, so you make it and show up, check in system is broken, no workers in site. Place fills up, then two ladies appear at front desk and start talking to themselves and on phone ignoring all the patients. I finally ask whats going on since my appt time has come and gone 30 mins past. My appt was set for 1:30 its now 2 pm. I was told they don't start testing until 2 and my time was pushed back with no apology and told I must not know how to ready since they do start till 2, um your system let me do it! They don't care!!!! I was the 1st on in and they purposefully called 3 others back before me say go somewhere else if you don't want to wait!!! I had already been there an hour and to to get the test done today. These 2 ladies have been there for some time and treat patients poorly. I'm going to report them to JCAHO. Obviously Labcorp does not care, if your read all the comments nothing here has changed or corrected and no responses have been posted by them. It's sad because people have no other choice and they know it. To see the elderly treated this way is heartbreaking, heck anyone being treated this way is sad....

This is an awful drug testing/lab testing facility. I scheduled an appointment around 8-8:30 AM for a 10:15 AM for an employee drug test.
Checked in as DRUG TESTING. Have a confirmation showing as such, but I waited and waited. It's been an hour and a half and still nothing. At 10:45 I scheduled ANOTHER appointment at 11:15 AM and they still haven't gotten me in. Freaking come on.
These people have no personality.

Appointments don’t mean anything. Every person called to window was there for 20 mins or more each. Front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing. Sat there for an hour with an appointment and not one person was called back. Other ppl were leaving bc of how long it took felt like we were at the DMV

I arrived at 7:50 am. There were people standing at the door. At 8:20 the door was opened. We all stood in line to check in at the kiosk. Come to find out, there was only one person working in the entire office. She was by herself handeling the check-in and doing the labwork. She was very nice even though she was put in an awkward position.
It would have been nice to have some water while we wait but the water cooler had an "out of order" sign on it.
I thought about going to a different LabCorp location if I ever need labwork again but it looks like all of them in the area are suffering from "Poor Patient Care".

Staff nice however, very slow, short staffed. I waited an hour for all my test … definitely my worst experience with labcorp

Worst experience ever. Did the proper sign in for my wife. The place was packed with nowhere to sit. So we decided to wait in the car until they sent a text. One hour later we got the text. We went back in to wait for her name to be called...Twenty minutes later I asked one of the techs when my wife would be called, (had noone sitting at the reception desk). I asked politely when my wife would be called since we have now waited 20 more minutes since they called us back. Two of the techs now got loud and made claims that they called my wife's name , even going so far as to poll the other patients that were waiting!!
Walked out the door at that point. Terrible service, totally unprofessional.

Unfortunately my experience was horrible too. I brought my 16 year old for blood work and we were treated with disrespect. First Lady blonde braids was extremely rude. I attempted to give her the paperwork my son doctor gave us and she never wanted it and proceeded to be on her cellphone. Second Lady shouted saying “Mam! I need that!”. Like seriously? My son even said they did a poor job drawing blood and patching it. I do not recommend coming here.

I came in for an employment drug test, and needless to say, I had a horrible experience with the staff and numerous biohazards in the facility. An employee instructed me on how to complete the test and was incredibly rude and belittling throughout my visit. To make it even worse, the bathroom was disgusting and there were containers of urine in an open bin of trash in the testing room. This location has a complete disregard of customer service, employee kindness, and general sanitation of a professional work environment. I won't be returning.

Came in for a job drug test arrive at 2pm left at 3:20 without being screened. Extremely understaffed and overwhelmed workers, wouldn’t recommend this Labcorp site unless you have and hr+ of idle time.

My experiences here have always been great. The drug screen hours have been updated. 10am-11:30am and 2pm-3:30. It's best to be here a few minutes early and have your info ready. The staff have always been respectful to me.

Came for a drug test. Apparently they only do it between 10 am to 11:30 am and 2pm to 3:30pm. I checked in and waited a little. Receptionist said didn't you see the door ??? ???. It would be great if they updated their hours to reflect that clearly or even on the printed paperwork to let people know ahead of time before they waste their time.

If you want someone who hates their job and takes that anger out on the patients, this is the place for you! Understaffed, the two workers I saw here are probably the most miserable people I have ever met in my life.
I stayed in my car, as my appointment slip told me to log in on my phone and wait for one of the workers to alert me to come in. This alert never came, so I decided to go in a few minutes after, in case they were behind, just trying to follow the rules and be helpful. Due to this error on their behalf, I was blamed and loudly "shamed" for wasting their time (keep in mind the issue was their fault). So apparently it was my fault they never alerted me to come in, okay. As I waited in the lobby, the two individuals made sure I was able to hear them talk badly about me. I decided to bite my tongue and stay, as I really needed this blood work done ASAP. Eventually I was called back to get my blood taken, with which they were not very gentle.
Extremely unprofessional behavior and close to being downright disgusting. I don't deserve to be talked to like this, especially for something they caused. I am sorry for the other patients that have come here with similar experiences. If you hate your job this much, I think it might be time to consider an alternative career path, because you are really not very good at it.
