Claire and Suzanna gave me such great customer service today. I spoke to them each on seperate occasions, asking them both random questions. Neither of them could have been more attentive, kind and just warm hearted. Answering my questions with intellect and just awesome energy. Will be back just for them. I hope I got Suzanna’s name right! Wish them nothing but good things!

The manager who worked yesterday was incredibly rude. Manager to manager, how you talk to guests is not great customer service & needs training on respect.

I visited Levi’s for the first time hoping to try on some shorts, but my experience started off on the wrong foot thanks to a staff member named Susana. I stood by the fitting room for about 5 minutes, clearly waiting, and Susana looked right at me and then continued chatting with her coworker like I wasn’t even there. There was no line and the fitting rooms were not in use.
After 10 minutes of being ignored, I finally asked Susana for a fitting room. Instead of helping me professionally, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly opened one. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional behavior. You’re there to assist customers, not socialize and act inconvenienced when someone needs help.
Thankfully, Diana, another employee, turned the situation around. She approached me kindly, asked if I needed other sizes, and genuinely helped me find the perfect fit. Her customer service was amazing and really saved my first impression of shopping at Levi’s.
I hope management sees this because Diana deserves recognition, and Susana needs some serious retraining on how to treat customers.

I brought the same size pants but the beige 501 didn’t fit at all. This have never happened to me and Levi’s. I am totally confused how one pair fit but a little lose because that’s what I wanted.

I just have to say that was the best shopping experience in years ,matt was the dales person that help me and i have to tell you the knowledge was inpresive like never before in any levis store ,his was kindness and helpful with everything i need ,i nustexplsin him eaht i newd and he was right on the dot.

Ivette is absolutely the BEST store retail manager I have EVER met. Wow! And, her colleague Matt was also top notch. I will never shop anywhere else for pants. Ever!

There was an issue with the price. The first salesperson asked if I wanted to sign up for Levi program, and I would receive an additional 10% off. I signed up and found another item to purchase. That salesperson was gone, another was at the register. She explained that it wasn’t an additional 10%, but one or the other for $25 off. It felt like a bait and switch. I shop at Levi stores all the time, and I’m not happy.

Went to return a pair of jeans from an online order and workers were very rude and short tempered with me. The jeans I returned did not have the tags on them, I never took them off, so I think they got caught on something in the process of me trying them on and putting them in a bag. Either way when I went to the store the service was not the most welcoming
