I absolutely ? the 3 sweaters & blouse I bought at the Loft. After Dress Barn closed I had a hard time finding women's smaller size clothes that were good quality and fashionable. I have found my go to store now. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Loved my first visit to this Loft Outlet location! Both associates were very helpful, especially in determining the pants styles and sizes that would be most flattering. This will definitely be my go-to location, even though the Charlotte outlet location is closer!

You know people are losing social skills when you walk in to a clothing store, almost no greeting, walk around and no one offers to help and then leave without more than a parting glance. The store had 4 employees and I was the only customer when I came in and after trying something on there was only 1 other person. Clothing looked nice and would have bought something if someone would have offered to grab me different sizes.

I recently opened a credit card and haven't receive my card number/bill (I am out of town) and needed to pay my bill. I went to the LOFT Outlet at concord mall and the Amazing! Manager Amy, treated me like an appreciated customer, She was Professional and knowledgeable. I wish Amy could be Cloned and placed strategically everywhere I do business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as I walked in I was immediately being watched like I was going to steal something not acceptable!!! I refuse to spend my money somewhere where someone is constantly watching u like u are going to steal! Unless I give u a reason, which I DID NOT, STAY IN YOUR LANE! DO NOT JUDGE SOMEONE FROM THEIR APPEARANCE!
