15 year business customer. I was ready to buy some new phones today, I show up at 11:30am on a Monday, the door was locked, all lights were on inside. Tried to call, tried knocking, no answer...Not good.

I came to the Metro in Concord near Walmart and it was closed. It's 11:10 in the morning it says it opens at 10. :00 but it's close. No one answers the phone I was waiting there for like a little over an hour. No one came. I don't know why they said it's open at 10:00 if it's not open we were four people waiting for them to open. No one came. We have to leave. We have things to do

Why hire people to run the store ALONE with NO knowledge of what to do? She kept saying she was new and she started in December. I was there at 10:30am on March 18, 2024 and this representative had zero interest in helping locate a tablet that I was charged for but never picked up. A supposed courtesy tablet for being a loyal customer....yeah right. My guess is that a worker claimed my tablet after activating it in my name. UPDATE: The female manager gave me a replacement for the one they couldn't find.

Staff was unhelpful and didn't want to be there!! I wish they hadn't changed their App!! I can no longer pay my bill over the phone at home or at work. However I have international, nationwide great service for $45 a month. Lat time I went to Verizon they were WAY OVERPRICED and no calls to Canada!!?

Bad experience. Asked for account info after confirming my identity at this store. I needed to transfer my number. They told me the "cant" get the info (legally my info, that i own) despite my account and ID matching. Called Metro for it, was told they have a specific procedure that could've gotten me taken care of there. Will not return.

Will never go back to Metro or this store. Purchased a new phone and was told by the Dominican male worker I had 7 days to bring it back if I didn't like it, returned the following to be told I can't return it. To make matters worse he claimed he never said it! They will lie just to get a sale. Walked out and went next door to Cricket and I love my new phone!
