If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a bag that I wanted to exchange, and Jonas with two left eyes decided to be rude to me as If I stole the purse, and I had a receipt. The experience I got today I will never ever shop with MK again.

I have been seeing different post about Mrs DONNA CHARLES platform everywhere and a lot of traders keep on saying reach out to her, I eventually did and it turns out to be legit.I did an initial investment of $1000 and I received a surprised profit of $12,250 after 7days of trading, I followed her instructions with which i invested and within a week I got back my profit, I started seeing good results. I stopped in because I had an item on hold for me. I was at the other location at the Premium Outlets and they called to this location for me. Jennifer got my item amd assisted me with trying it out. She answered my questions and explained my options. There were others in the store that greeted me and had conversation with me as well. Definitely better service than the other outlet location.

I use to always purchase MK handbags but started noticing the quality was no longer the same, getting poor. Against my better judgment, I decided to purchase one as a gift and found it was not what I really wanted so returned it the same day. I have been waiting over 7 days for my refund to hit my account and it still has not. My bank said MK has not sent the refund for them to post. I'm so frustrated and customer service claim their is nothing they can do.

I have decided I will no longer shop at this store. They are more concerned with theft than actually helping the customer. Hiding behind pillars and haunting the front door instead of being available. Hire a security guard so you can do your job. There is one male salesperson who is the rudest and seems to think he is a watchdog instead of a salesperson. He'll come up to you and make a snarky comment about needing any help. I've had a few encounters that I brushed off. My friend came in with me this last time and felt the same disrespect. No more. I will go to Coach or Kate Spade.

Walked the store for about 30 minutes trying to find something specific, no help and when I finally had to stop someone, she was very short and give incorrect information. All of 6 clerks and no one was helpful. Poor representation of MK.

This store is my go-to! I always find the best bags here. My favorite employee is Morgan but he recently told me he left! It’s sad this store lost such a good employee.

Visiting NC and decided to go to the mall.. Micheal Kors is one of my favorite stores & when I was about to go inside, there was a male employee yelling at another employee. I wasn’t sure if he was on something or coming off something, but he made me feel very uncomfortable and I didn’t even want to shop in there. Micheal Kors you need to better!

I typically frequent this Michael Kors store and on 7/26/2022 I witnessed one employee being extremely rude to another employee. I don’t think it was appropriately handled as customer were shopping and could clearly hear. With the world being on high alert I immediately left the store, as I didn’t know the next actions and I didn’t want to be a witness. I feel like this store is becoming very child-like in behavior.

I over heard a gentleman raising his voice at another employee in the store on 7/26/22 and it made me very uncomfortable and upset. I will not continue to shop at this store again which use yo be so pleasant.
