Sick pets. Staff isn't friendly or helpful. Be sure to ask for Jason awful businessman and even worse customer service. 0/10. I would highly recommend finding your pet anywhere but missing link.

They could do better upkeep on their tanks to clean them up, but the people running this store are amazing to deal with. Prices are very reasonable and they will order in whatever you want. I would love to see an expanded and better stocked saltwater section.

This place needs to be shut down. Complete lack of care for these animals. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. This is neglected to the animals

They have a huge selection of freshwater fish and were very helpful. The location is undergoing some renovations but don't let that stop you from visiting.

Visited Missing Link Aquatics with my husband today. It was my first time in and Hailey assisted us. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in serving our needs. She took time to listen and respond to our questions. Hailey, thanks for a wonderful customer experience!!! Will definitely visit again when I have more time to browse around with the kids.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great staff and atmosphere! From plants to tropical fish Jason was a big help hooking me up with what I needed for my self-sustaining nautral aquarium. Definitely will keep shopping here in the future

My friend and I went here, and my friend has had a good experience here in the past. However, this time was different. We walked in and neither of the employees acknowledged us whatsoever. They were each helping other customers, but they flat out ignored us. That’s no way to run a business.

Super knowledgeable staff that are very helpful.Prices are great, and if they don't have something in stock they can usually order it for you and have it in a day or two.

This pet shop is a hidden gem! My son and I went here coming from P*T S&#rt where I couldn't find ANYTHING! I did a Google search for local pet stores and Missing Link was about 10mins away. So we went and we were pleasantly surprised.. They had A LOT of cichlids and I ended up buying a Polar Blue Cichlid! Great addition to my tank.. I saw an Electric Blue Mbuna Cichlid I really liked. I may call and if it's still there, if so come back this weekend! They are renovating but OFFICIAL! The young lady that helped me was very nice! YA'LL GO CHECK EM OUT!

Staff is always helpful and most days have a good selection. Occasionally sold out of feeder items, but check back they will have them again soon!
