I needed a place to park my dad's boat fast. I called up to the Concord office and spoke with a Denise. Turns out this my lucky day as she is the head manager. I went to a different U-Haul and was turned away because the system was down. So I came to this location. And was given a different attitude and they used a back up system to get me processed and moved in to the truck that I needed! Definitely recommend!!!
