Extremely helpful staff. Thanks to the young Man who was stocking shelves. He noticed I was having trouble finding what I wanted. He dropped what he was doing and asked if he could help. I explained what I was looking for, he headed to the back and in just a moment I had the style, size shoe I needed. His smile was bigger than mine as he handed me the box.

This review is more for the employee with the name SAM, than it is for the store. The store is a bit on the smaller size of the spectrum, perhaps ok for regular folks, but for people with feet issues, we need scanners and more options in wide fit. SAM was like a godsend. He explained to me what solutions would work for me as I have a severe bunion in my right foot and how to choose the right versions of New Balance shoes across multiple styles and the fit options in them (D, 2E). Thank you so much Sam.

Had a great experience at this location! Kaylee got me squared away with a great deal on a fresh pair of 515s and I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of New Balance shoes!

Shout out to NEW BALANCE!!!! Went in the other day to get new gear for my first marathon I signed up for in CLT. I was well taken care of by Kaylee and Sam. Their knowledge of NB shoes and apparel were absolutely amazing and customer service were ELITE!! They were so nice and went above and beyond to make sure Marathon needs were met. I truly want to thank them for everything. 4 pairs of shoes later and some great apparel I was super happy. I highly recommend this store and will always recommend New Balance all day, everyday!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

The employees at this store were extremely helpful. Kaylee, Jadore, and Andy spent a lot of time answering questions as I tried to find shoes that were comfortable and would provide support all day. Moreover, they made sure to check online pricing and sales to ensure I got the best value on my shoes. I will definitely be back at this store for my next New Balance purchase.

Went in to purchase another pair of 1080 style shoe. I walk every day and absolutely love them. Kaylee helped me find them and informed me that this version of the 1080 was ending and a new 1080 model was in production. They were on sale and I purchased 3 pairs of the current 1080 version. Kaylee and the staff at this store have always been helpful and knowledgeable. The product is wonderful, but it is the helpfulness of the staff why I will only purchase New Balance at this location.

I went into the New Balance store looking for a shoe that would give me added support and comfort due to a plantar fasciitis flare up I had been experiencing. The customer service was amazing!!Kaylee was full of knowledge, showing me all different options allowing me to not only pick the best shoe for my feet but also found me the best sale price options. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond all CS expectations!! New Balance will most definitely be my go to store for my foot needs!! Found the same shoes on Amazon for $30 less. Inflation is not there fault for a mall store.
