They have a Wonderful selection of clearance so organized I can tell they care about the customers shopping experience found everything in a timely manner Employees were very helpful Management was Awesome as well I love this Store

For an outlet their prices are pretty high just like the regular store!

Layout to get to registers was weird. Dressing room assistance was lacking.

The store is well laid out, and the staff is helpful. However, there is really nothing special about the outlet prices. Honestly, you can get better deals when Old Navy has sales.

Why over price for the lack of quality and size

I wanted to buy jeans but wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. I asked a worker for an advice, giving her some information, she went to look for the item in the discounted items. She guessed my size correctly, she found the jeans exactly like I was looking for, and she told me that if these don't fit me she can organize for me shipping to my house for free.
The man working in the fitting rooms was friendly and kind too.
The cashier went above and beyond. Even though the jeans were from the discounted area they were sold for the full price, but the price was much lower online. The cashier told me that the store can price match the jeans to the price on their website. She guided me through it, she found the way to do it correctly on her side and I was very satisfied with the customer service and with my purchase. Thank you so much!
