The people are really nice. The only thing is the new reserved dog washing program. Great concept but needs some tweaking to ensure that the online reservations are honored and not taken by walk-ins. I liked when it was just walk in only cause you got what you got. But losing your appointment is a bit frustrating. But overall I love this place.

This pet store is above the rest! Never smells like a pet store and is always so cleaned and organized! The team is friendly and welcoming! Concord Pet Supermarket is my go to for all
animal supplies!!!

Ryen and his team are the definition of customer service! Every time I go in the store the team welcomes me with a smile and ready to answer any questions I may have for my babies! I recommend this store over any other pet store in town!

I placed an online order for flea dip the store only because other pet store didn’t carry it in stores. It cost almost twice as much as other stores and Amazon. I should have checked Amazon because I couldn’t pick up the flea dip until the next day due to them taking so long to fulfill the order. It took half a day to pick the product. When I went to pick it up they tried charging me again even though it showed an online order. Three days later I get an email that my order will be canceled if not picked up that day. The next day I got an email stating it was picked up. A friend told me she went to the store regrettably about 10 minutes before they closed. The associate saw her park to come in and quickly ran to the door and locked it. That is very unprofessional. This place is overpriced and disorganized.

When I noticed they have pet self-wash stations I was very interested. I took my two dogs to get them wash, I was not impressed. Stations are not clean. I was told the staff is supposed to keep them clean (but I am not sure this is happening).
When I started using the station, previous dog hair clogged the station and my poor dog had to stand there wet in dirty water, until I was able to get help from another customer. For the regular wash, shampoo and conditioner seem to be watered down and my dogs ended with a funny smell afterwards.
The water heater idk what’s the deal but while washing my dog, it got cold all of a sudden and I was unable to get it warm again (again the other customer tried to help me with no luck). The water hoses are too heavy and is difficult to regulate the water pressure. This store is offering a great service having these stations but they need to pay attention to keep them clean and pay attention to the customers.
Also, as other customers said, very difficult to get help from a store worker as there doesn’t seem to be anyone around.
And please, don’t reply to my comment saying to reach out to customer service as I am not calling anyone. You should be able to get the feedback and improve your operations.

Extremely clean store and welcoming staff. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Most pet stores seem to have that “pet store smell” to them. This one does NOT! It smells fresh and clean. This is my new pet store for sure.

I absolutely love this store ! The environment is very clean , organized, and the ladies there radiates positive vibes, not to mention they have great customer service and are very sweet young women. But let me shine the spotlight on Mackenzie for a little bit she went above and beyond to help me find the best food and supplements for my puppy . Thank you so much young lady for all do , you are awesome !!!

Ryen, MacKenzie and Sarah are the friendliest bunch! They are all super knowledgeable about all of their own little things. We are at this store about twice a week (for crickets) and truly enjoy just chatting with them. This is most definitely the pet store to go to. Plus they have a dog wash area which is awesome!!!! We have a turtle, a gecko, and too many fish to count that have come from here plus we get all of our doggo's stuff here as well. ❤️?

I visited this store to look for some dog food for my picky Cavapoo. Ryen was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about dogs and picky eaters (he spoke from experience). He introduced me to a variety of dog foods that would probably suit my fur baby and gave me some suggestions on how to feed him. Well he was spot on with recommending performatrin Ultra for my baby. I went home and he ate it all up! Let’s see what happens at breakfast tomorrow! Very clean store and great staff with excellent service! Thank you

Ryan saved the life of our fish!!! Literally!!! We had previously been misinformed by another store than a heater needed to be in the tank and it did not! Mackenzie is incredible! She helps me every time I am in here as well and has the greatest personality! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
