The staff is not knowledgeable on their own pricing. I asked cashier if they can price match Amazon and they said that they only price match online after he asked another associate. I had to take this experience to an aquarium Facebook page to find out that you have to show them their own price on their website so they can lower the price which if your not aware You will pay sometimes 60% more the the item is on their website if you don’t say anything at checkout. I think this is taking advantage of people and it’s near robbery. I left all my items and purchased everything on Amazon.

False advertising. Went to purchase an item that was posted on the website at about 30% off. It was not so in the store. Walked out without buying anything, and Amazon got my business. Well done.

Costumer service is great! 👌🏽
The health department lacks variety and is severely under stock. I needed proviotics and the ields where empty, there where only one item of two brands. I'm glad i was able to pick one.
The fresh water aquariums are just a few, and they don't have a large variety of fish but I'm happy they keep shrimp and snails!

The store was clean and well-stocked. The staff was kind and helpful. Their prices on the other hand were outrageous. I'm very disappointed. I will keep shopping with Chewy.

Everytime I take my dog in there there is an issue. They advertise flea bath and don’t give flea baths. They ask you to make sure that your dog is calm and don’t want you to give them anything to calm them down. Petco , you’re not worth any more of my monies

A lady named letty groomed my dog and my dog is a small dog and he loves getting baths and haircuts it’s never a problem when he gets groomed even when me and my family do it at home he’s always so still and calm and it relaxes him, but this our first time coming to Petco , we have always done PetSmart and definitely will continue to go there!, So when he came home and we looked at him we saw he had a bad razor burn and multiple cuts all over him( his skin was even almost cut open) he’s always been an active and energetic dog but now he’s quite and shy and traumatized from whatever that lady did to him… Is it just so awful how someone can hurt an animal like that and not even have the courage or compassion to say something, Also when we went and picked him up my dad went in to get him and NOTHING at all was said to him about the cuts and razor burns. And no I’m not saying she did it on purpose or anything but still if u do something like that at least tell the owners and I’ve seen other bad reviews about letty, Not trying to be rude at all, but if u don’t know to professionally groom an animal pls don’t get a job doing so because you are just putting animals at risk.

This Petco is what you'd typically expect of a pet store, albeit their pets are absurdly expensive. Ferrets running at $450 (average US price is $100-300) and guinea pigs running at $55 (average US price of $10-$40). I'm not sure why they have such an absurdly high barrier for pet ownership when those funds that a consumer would pay could instead be invested into the care of the pet.

Very friendly staff, clean store, and I like that they have a variety of fish. I was looking for a Pictus Catfish, my normal "go to" didn't have so I was happy to find one here. All their fish look very healthy.

If you do have to go to this location get anyone but Letty. In personable, unprofessional and plain rude. Forcibly held my 6lb puppies leg while attempting to get nails cut.

I would go negative 1 if I could. I have been taking my dog to petco for years to get groomed but I have never used this location until today. I dropped him off at 11AM and still had not heard anything by 3:30PM so I went back to the store and waited in line to see if maybe they had forgotten to call/text that he was ready. I could hear a dog yelping and a groomer calling him a pain in the a** and low and behold she was talking about my dog. She had just put him on the grooming table at 3:30PM- 4 1/2 hours after I dropped him off. I asked the the lady at the front if he would be ready soon and the she said she would have to check so she asked the groomer in front of me and the groomer said "you can see how he is behaving so it is going to be another 2-3 hours" I replied and said that I was confused since he had been there since 11AM and the groomer very disrespectfully said she had 8 other dogs before him and I was welcome to take him now so I did. He was there for almost 5 hours in a crate with no food, water or potty breaks and didn't even so much as get a bath. Do yourself a favor and don't use these people

Store is clean and tidy but Cassidy on register 3 today 07/08/24 during checkout was not personable at all. I stood at register for a good second waiting on her to greet me to let me know if she’s about to help me or if I’m waiting for the other clerk to return. Then I just said hello myself as the customer then I also told her have a good day cause she just handed the receipt. Like I work customer service before and never not engage the customer with a simple hi or take care. No matter how my day was going. She almost looked surprised at each greeting I gave her like yeah that’s something you’re supposed to do lady. Smh
