Sonya was absolutely wonderful. I had two children get their second piercings done. She was very informative. Explain how to care for them, and just overall a superstar employee. We need more people like her in the world.

Wanted to get cartilage pierced on both ears and did so.This place is extremely friendly , clean, and I had no worries about getting them done when the lady (Sonya/ Tonya [my bad hearing which name it actually was sorry] spoke to us.I recommend for ear piercings if your looking for a place. Never had a doubt she couldn't do her job and unlike some places which I've heard can shatter the cartilage from improper piercings, I knew this place wouldn't be a case of that.11 out of 10 will get pierced here again should I want another piercing.

We are repeat Banter customers but Sonja David, manager at the Concord Mills location, is bar none the best customer service representative the company has. She and the entire team have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and they always greet us with a smile on their faces. I cannot say enough good things about our shopping experience at Banter in Concord Mills!!
