Amanda W. Was great. Couldn't rent rent over the phone because of a glitch and she waited for me to combine and do it in office. Easy easy and friendly to work with.

Amanda was nothing short of amazing. She really went above and beyond to help me secure my space, I am not too tech savvy so she completed the rental in the office for me . I don't know that I could find service better than here !

Today I had a horrible experience with Public Storage! After several phone call and different representatives I finally was able to get assistance from the manager Amanda W. from Concord Parkway. She came out from her site to assist me with my transfer. Not only did she assist me with the transfer, she cleaned the storage unit for me and offered me water. She has a good heart and an amazing personality. Honestly, I wish more people could be helpful and kind in the world and at Public Storage. Thank you Amanda W. for providing great customer service because I was really having a terrible experience with public storage. Now I feel relieved that everything has been taking care of before my move in date.

Amanda W was amazing. She went way out her way and above and beyond to make sure I get my space here. She traveled to the actual location to complete my rental and make sure unitbwas readily available I recommend her to anyone and everyone who rents here! I was surprised when I called for information about this location and I was informed that this was what they call a kiosk location..... I was a little hesitant but Amanda W. provided me with reassurance and great information about spaces that would best fit my needs, and I didn't feel like she treated me like a sale or as if she was trying to oversell me because I don't have a lot. I feel confident that when I am ready to move I will be happy here. Thank you Amanda for going above and beyond.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
Had 2 units here at the same time, for over 3 years; had made late payments before. In 2024 missed a payment, received late notice, paid late, the property accepted the late payment; Attempted payment following month and both accounts had been closed; called location, left message, email was returned advising both units were seized. No email or phone call prior (everything was paperless) Payment was made before deadline of losing units. No explanation ever given for why units were lost. Location was staffed up until month after this occurrence. Went to location and it was a kiosk. Made several attempts to make arrangements before an auction to get items as stated in email and never received an additional response from the location or corporate. All my family photo albums were lost. Please DO NOT rent here.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! I rented a 10x20 storage unit 3 1/2 years ago, and they have consistently raised the price on me ever since. I started out paying $180 a month, and they are now charging me $360 a month for the same unit. The place looks like a dump, and a lot of the units are not secured, and have the doors opened with people's stuff just sitting there for someone to steal. They have repeatedly changed my locks without telling me, and they throw the locks that they cut into my unit and just shut the door. I just went to clean out my unit today because I am tired of the bs, and it took forever for me to get into the unit because they had took my lock off again and put one of theirs on it. There was so much dirt and crap in my unit it was ridiculous, and there was 4 locks just laying on the floor behind the doors. Their customer service is also rude as hell, and there is no real person to talk to on site. You have to video call someone on this computer.
