I had an online reservation to rent a 5x10 unit today and I had the pleasure of working with Olivia. She was very professional, helpful and down to earth. I really appreciate the patience she shown me as I had my 3 grandsons today who were very busy(3y/o twins and a 8 y/o)The facility was very clean and in a convenient location. The prices were also very affordable. I definitely will recommend if you’re looking for a storage facility.

This was worst experience I’ve had using a storage facility.
1. The elevator was often not operating
2. There was larger waterbugs/roaches
3. We paid for climate control and it was often 85 degrees or more in the facility.
4. The staff didn’t care about any issues you complained about
5. Only one main entry/exit, which meant you were often without carts and it took a long time to get your things

Paid for temperature controlled storage. Most times the elevators do not work Yesterday, it was hotter inside the building than outside. Moving out to keep my items from getting destroyed. I would not recommend this location.

It was easy enough to access all gate pads and the inner unit. The temperature outside is incredibly hot right now. The climate controlled unit indoors still seemed quite stifling. Outside of that everything was as expected.
