I had a great experience with Amanda at the Public Storage facility on Derita Road in Concord, NC. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and took the time to clearly explain all the options available. Amanda was friendly and very helpful, making the entire process easy and stress-free. I made a reservation with her and ended up renting the unit later that same day. Looking forward to storing with Public Storage thanks to Amanda's excellent service!

Go to 2875 Derita Rd for your storage needs. The staff is very helpful and kind! A special shout out to Amanda. I brought my concerns about the increase in my unit to her attention and in that same moment she resolved my issue. I was in aww ? and very pleased with the outcome.
She also keeps the place clean and plays good music ?.

Amanda was the ONLY one who truly helped me with the entire move in process. If it had not been for her assistance I honestly would have picked a different company to temporarily store my items.
