Always clean. Never disappointed. Always has what I want and the people are great. Love the departments. Deli goes up and above as well as the meat guys. Had an amazing Italian sub last time. Can't go wrong here $6.59.

Like others have mentioned, this pharmacy has a bad habit of not having the prescription ready when they say they will.My prescription was originally filled on 6/24, but then put back because there was a note from the Dr to not fill until the 30th. Not Publix’s fault or problem, but I got no phone call about this at all. Then I called on 7/3 at 9:05, they said it would be ready in an hour. So I waited almost an hour and a half before I went there to pick it up. Brandon answered the drive through window and said it’s not ready but should be in the next 30 minutes so come back later. I didn’t, and told him I need this now. After being told they were “a little backed up”, I reiterated that I gave an extra 30 minutes on top of the hour they already said they needed. I was still made to wait until 11 pm (arrived at 10:30) to get my prescription. Brandon didn’t tell me my ID and card were in the bag, “sorry for the wait”, “have a good day”, “kiss my foot” or anything; just silence and then walked away. He was very unprofessional.This was a horrible experience and my wife and I will be looking for another pharmacy. If this team would give a reasonable amount of time they need to fill prescriptions and then just DO what they say they will do, performance would be 50% better. General customer service and basic courtesy would make up the other 50%.

Prescription was sent in 90 minutes before heading to Publix. Called on the way and was told they would make it and to give them 10-15 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes later. Was told they would start making it and to give them 10-15 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later to be informed that the pharmacist had to go to the restroom and to wait a little while longer. If you can’t do something in 10-15 minutes don’t give that time frame two separate times!! Was just told the pharmacist was away and to go wait in the parking lot. I asked the gentlemen if it could be done in an hour and he could not make that promise. The level of incompetence and poor customer service. Real simple, don’t say 10-15 minutes twice if you can’t deliver on that. Specifically Bryce is the most unhelpful employee at the pharmacy. Was told my the pharmacist that they would immediately transfer the prescription to the nearby Harris Teeter. Drove to the Harris Teeter and it hadn’t been transferred yet. I don’t believe I have ever experienced such professional incompetence in my life.

I gave it a few months before reviewing in case the first few times of excellent service were a fluke, but I have to say, this place is AMAZING. The staff is always friendly and fast, when they say a prescription will be ready in an hour, when you come in an hour it'll be ready to pick up. The prices are WAY lower than some other pharmacies I can think of. Even the phone service is stellar. Less than a minute wait time, and they don't just pick up to say "please hold," but actually do what you need. I'm so happy I switched.

The worst customer service I have ever seen at a pharmacy. I’m a cancer survivor and awaiting a kidney transplant(not that it should matter). Since being forced to switch from Harris Teeter due to insurance changes. I was told by the pharmacy that they will not “take the initiative” to contact my doctor regarding prescription verbiage because “at any time, she can be dealing with up to 500 customers in a day”In 3 months, they have never had my prescription ready.Run, don’t walk from this location. I have no problem paying more for the service I require. I will beg Harris Teeter to work with me again.

I love the prepared foods section. Highlight is the fried chicken. Also got their cheesecake for a birthday and it was so soft. There was no graham crust but I honestly didn't miss it.

This grocery store is clean, and the staff is friendly as well as helpful. The large variety of produce is fresh and looks lovely. My only complaint was the lines for checkout. It took me 10+ minutes to get through the checkout lane.

3rd timing going to Publix on Weddington, normally the deli has at least 3 people but the last few times I went it had only 1 and customers are like buying a pound of everything making the line longer! I went completed my shopping and went back to deli! Still 1 person and another 3 in line! So I figured I'd grab a sandwich and go another day for cold cuts! Just when it was my turn ( no one behind me) he goes to help the girl in deli! Usually the deli manager kicks in and helps but I didn't see him. So I skipped both and went to check out! Front end manager ( I assume Emily I'm pretty sure her name is was bagging) I said I think deli needs more help then registers. She asked if I got everything I needed!!! I said absolutely not because your deli has no help! I said it's all good I'll go to Harrisburg they always have plenty of help! Poor customer service on her part!

Custom cake came out beautiful and exactly what we wanted. My daughter wanted a TikTok theme which was hard to find but this worked perfect. Tasted yummy too all the guests enjoyed. Highly Recommend

I am absolutely in love with this location near my house. I am a mom, and for someone to always ask if I need help or take my cart when I’m putting my baby in his car seat is magical. The bakery has always been wonderful, and we’ve used Publix for years even though we know other grocery stores like Food Lion, Aldi, Walmart, and Lidl that I’ve stopped at previously are cheaper. Publix is 99% more likely to be stocked than other stores. I can’t rave enough about this location ❤️

Terrible Service.Prescriptions are rarely ready on time. Fill dates are incorrect resulting in multiple trips to pick up medication. I'm switching to another pharmacy.

I am giving the one star off because I have been several times where the same scenario played out in the deli...understaffed and really busy. I get that scheduling issues occur but not on 4 different occasions...That said staff was super nice and made up for it with positivity. I noticed on another comment that at checkout they were racially profiled. In no way am I saying this doesn't occur or that it isn't a serious issue but if you didn't notice it...why is it the first route that our minds take these days is to make it racial? I say this as I've had cashiers hover on two occasions...and had someone shadow me in store watching what I was looking at. It was so uncomfortable I finally asked if I could help them (in a joking fashion)...I don't think it was due to my race-or fact I'm covered in tattoos...I mean maybe it was-or maybe it's because they weren't sure how to approach me...my appearance may have been intimidating...maybe it was their first job and because kids these days seem to only communicate via electronic devices they were awkward (y'all know what I'm talking about if you have a teenager!)...My point is we are all doing our best to get along and are in this together with same hopes and dreams...Lets stop buying into the narrative that MSM and the elite want us to buy into...and give one another the benefit of doubt. I know this is a review and not a soap crate but...let's acknowledge no matter what subdivision we are broken into there will be some less than ideal characters-let's stop basing our view of a whole group on these less than ideal characters even if they seem to be the ones who get most of the press because "controversy sells"...and let's get along because it's what's RIGHT-our children deserve it and it's what GOD wants. We can't change how others act but we can change how we react. It should be obvious to people by now they want to divide us-a nation divided is weak..."a house divided unto itself will fall"...It's time for us to wake up. God bless.

Nicole and Jill were very kind and efficient. Nicole assisted me in calling the provider as the prescription didn’t properly get sent electronically. She quickly filled my medication for my daughter. Great customer service.

Love the store but this evening had a not so great experience. I checked out via self scan and was racially profiled by the staff working the self check out. I didn't notice but my aunt did. My aunt watched the young lady staff Watch us as I rang up our items. I needed assistance due to my Aunt removing the bags to quickly upon trying to pay and the staff began to ask if I didn't ring up one of my items. The item was clearly listed on the handheld device that she was checking as I was ringing up as it was visible to me as I spoke with her. I was sadly offended and probably won't visit this location useless I Absolutely have to. Do Better People

The options at this store are great. The customer service is great and selection in their bakery department is one of a kind.
