Had dinner here and it was honestly really good. My steak was cooked to perfection ?. When we arrived there was a line of 9 people waiting. Several staff members stared at the customer's but made no move to acknowledge their presence. There was no hostess and later we were informed there normally isn't one during the week. I watched several people waiting for service leave because no one approached them to be seated and this happened the whole time I was here. There was no soap and barely any toilet paper in the bathroom. My poor waiter was bussing tables, running food, bartending and taking orders. I felt bad having to even ask for more water because the man was doing everything... I mean everything! When he took our order he had the biggest smile and asked what we would like I and told him I want him to take a deep breath he was able to check on us as much as he could given he was doing 10,000 things at once. I'm glad we got the salad bar and we made a couple of trips until our food came out. The salad bar was clean and had a large variety of things on it. I Wish ham wasn't the only meat option. We loved the broccoli ? salad and pumpernickel croutons. The mashed potatoes that came with my NY strip steak were really good. My husband got the trio and it came with ribs and we got the bourbon sauce on it. It also came with shrimp and chicken tenders however those were just run of the mill deep fried items. The ribs were amazing. They were very tender and fall off the bone. The fried shrimp did not look like it had been deveined and the breading on the chicken tenders was rock hard you could barely chew it. He ended up peeling the batter off. Terrible wait but food was good. My waiter was having a Murphy's law all day and we gave him a fat tip. I wished I could have remembered his name but I suck with names. Anyways he's the one getting married!!! We decided we're going to come back just because of him and hopefully will have an even better experience next time.

It took along time to be seated because the staff was sitting down talking to other customers who had already been served. The waiter was not that knowledgeable about the menu and served by stacking the order on top of each other.

Food has really gone downhill. The waiter was nice but I think they did not have enough staff. I watched one guy enter, stand at the front a while, then left. Food tasted frozen and was undercooked. We will not be back.

My wife & I sat at the table for 45 minutes & never saw even a glass of water. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Never ever go back. We felt totally ignored by the staff...

I normally do not give negative reviews but this one is more than warranted. So.... We have supported this Ruby Tuesday's location for years. Yesterday was our LAST visit. They were out of so many items on the menu (all pasta dishes, seafood dishes, grilled zucchini, steamed broccoli, grapes for kids meal, some of the steaks, root beer, etc). The kids meal cheeseburgers were totally burnt to a crisp and you could peel the burnt cheese off the meat. The fries were ice cold. The mac n cheese was out of a box like Kraft mac n cheese. The grilled chicken on the chicken sandwich ($11.99) was about the size of 1/4 of the bun. After talking to the manager and she offered one excuse after the other. She gave us 35% off the bill and then charged us twice for drinks that we did not purchase. And the service was extremely slow (2 plus hours for lunch). Sad!

First, the waiter never explained that a sampler could not be subbed out for other items for instance we wanted a chx dills instead of artichoke dip and we wanted to make sure it had mozzarella sticks. Well the absolute manager and waiter never explained that the platter could not have substitute items. Upon asking questions after receiving the check the waiter said well that can't happen and the manager instead of being rude and obnoxious never came out to even speak or understand the situation or reprimand the waiter for no accurately taking the order or making sure the customer knows that items cannot be substituted. Simply bad service and poor management. This location definitely does not put the customer first. We should have not had to pay for his mistake!!!!Manager:MikeRude, short with customers, discusses customers in front of other customers with snide remarks.Does the restaurant have an effective manager:Attentive to customers --- noTake on the challenges of the day -- noAble to meet customer needs -- noHandles daily tasks such as speaking to customers all the while maintaining a professional demeanor -- no____________________________________In my opinion, which is essentially what a review is the manager failed on all accounts he spoke in a negative tone in front of customers and refused to acknowledge doing anything other than the task he was partaking in. While the food is good the service is NOT and let's face it in this day and age service is WHAT has to separate your restaurant from another.

Dont do this. I wasted time and money then the little hostess was smart mouthed with my 11 yr old. All he asked her for was togo trays because the whole experience:1. Kids got food first but on SCORCHING PLATES.2. Finally Brought out warm drinks after kids had finished food and was close to choking .3. Adult food comes on tepid DIRTY plates and my food wasnt hot more like slightly warmer than our drinks.4. Our kids had finished their food and was on their 3rd salad bY the time they got their food.Ive done ruby Tuesday a while back but this killed it. Our poor waiter he knew what time it was after my husband approached him trying to figure out what was going on. He immediately stated there were jobs not being done that he had to account for... Ok fair enough I dont fault him.
