I came to the store to do some shopping for my Daughter. There was a Tall Jamaican lady that worked there she was extremely rude followed me around the store was talking about me to another employee very loudly to where I can here saying " you have to watch this one he steals I believe " the customer service is horrible as well no greeting no talking just stayed talking to each other this store doesn't even deserve a 1 star and I will not be returning again

My daughters like to check out this store and while it could be a bit cleaner and nicer the one reason I give such a high rating is because the store employees are ALWAYS friendly. We have never had an encounter where anyone has been less than nice to us.

This place is a hot mess. The clothes are straight up ugly. I used to be able to find a nice variety, but the newer styles are just cheap looking. Unless you are looking for a coordinating outfit decorated with pot leaves, I do not recommend.

So, I usually don’t leave reviews but this encounter called for one! I don’t know the young lady’s name. But, she is short, Caucasian, with long curly brown hair. Yeah, this one is for you. I came in the store with my family today just to look around. My brother happened to find something in there so we decided to check out. Mind you, I already had an encounter with her prior to this visit on another day I was shopping and she was rude then. Anyways, we pay for his shirt, and I was looking at the glasses next to the counter. I guess she was trying to hand me my change back and I wasn’t paying attention and she yells and I mean yells “Here”. For a second I forgot where I was and started to address her. I will not go to this store again until she is taught customer service and has a better attitude towards her customers. I was nice to her to begin with so you should show the same attitude. Girl, do BETTER!

Team leader/manager needs to be retrain on her customer service. Action speaks louder than words. Cant expect employee's to give 100 percent, when upper management leading with poor customers service.
