The absolute worst customer service ever!!! I waited an hour for my appointment for them to tell me they “ were not” going to fix my car. They keyed in the wrong information and accused insurance of doing it. I confirmed with insurance it was correct all along.Amber and Cameron have very bad attitudes. Amber had me fooled thinking she was nice yesterday. She refused to give me Nicole’s number when I asked for it. Nicole is Chris’s boss.I would not deal with these people.It’s absolutely the worst service ever.

Had my windshield replaced by them LAST JULY (2023) a few days later all of the molding started falling off, so I took it in and they tried sloppily gluing it back on, thats didnt work (and looked terrible) so they said they needed to do a warrantly replacement on the windshield after getting the run around for 8 MONTHS of calls i finally got an appointment for them to replace the windshield and molding, so I drop my car off and they call me and tell me the windshield is chipped so that voids the warranty?!??!? Maybe if you hadnt made me wait 8 MONTHS to get this taken care of that wouldn't have been an issue? I even asked them if they could fix the chip and they said yeah for $190 dollars?!?!?! (that almost what i paid to replace the windshield in the first place?? You woudl think after making me wait 8 month they could at least give me a deal on getting the chip fixed) This was my first (and last) time using safelite, I dont know if this is a company wide issue but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

The manager Chris is rude and not empathetic. Will talk to you like your beneath him even though your going off the information provided by multiple safelite employees from the same location. Original Installation was done poorly and no one cares.

Came into this locations with a small chip in my windshield. The technician “said” when putting pressure (sucking air out) on the windshield, it cracked (roughly 3 inches). I was then told that Safelite does not fix cracks at all even though their website clearly says they do. They then proceeded to tell me that the statement about them repairing cracks is false, was put there by corporate, and that all locations will tell you they don’t fix cracks! This is absurd and doesn’t make any sense! This company will never get my business again as I feel they are not trustworthy!

Only spoke with them over the phone but they were trying to get me to buy new windshield wipers and after I had spoke to All Safe Glass, they told me that was not necessary. You could buy your own windshield wipers and they would install them for free, but Safelite was going to charge you an extra. I don’t remember exactly, but it started out at like 300 and went up to like, 375 and then you can get another service that would’ve took it up to almost 400 and that was with the discounts they sent me through my email. They may be good if you have that kind of money to spend I personally didn’t.

Dropped off my 2023 Frontier in the AM and they called me as requested to notify me it was ready. Paid online and picked up the same day, no issues. Solid service.

Replaced a windshield in a work van we own. Windshield was installed on a Saturday no problem.However the easy pass transponder and oil change sticker were not put back on and are gone. Also the dash cam was just left hanging.Because of those small things we will look elsewhere in the future.

Had my windshield replaced on 11/30 and while the windshield looks great, my windshield fluid no longer works; the left side does not spray at all and the right side sprays the liquid off the right side of my vehicle. I called to speak to someone about it and was told by the automated message that I was not able to speak to anyone.

I pay over $500 up front for my windshield to be replaced on Tuesday. OnTuesday no one comes and I get no phone calls. Now it's Wednesday afternoon and I still can't get in touch with an actual person to tell me what's going on!
