I didn’t catch her name but the person with the black and pink split hair was beyond helpful! she helped guide me through the process of removing color and dying my hair and gave me tons of good recommendations. i was very lost and she was so friendly in helping me figure out what to get!

Needed to exchange a hair dryer because the one I previously bought was used. Mgr was great and helpful. However you will have a problem if you bought your original product with a discount coupon. But Mgr said shes suppose to call to get the approval to override it and sometimes can't get through.
