“I toured many facilities while pregnant and this was the only place that spoke to every family coming in out by name !! I also work in many daycares so I see a lot. They are very family oriented and host many fun events. This place is very diverse in every aspect and they are very clear about expectations for families and always exceed mine. The place is always clean from an eye level and my kid isn’t sick often. The ladies in the office are great !

Special shout out to Ms. Krystal and Ms. Pushpa; they always give extensive details about my baby on pick up, which exceeds my expectations. They maintain a great schedule and my baby is always happy to see them (she won’t go to anyone else ). They always send home fun artwork activities, takes them outside, encourages milestone development and always notices changes within our kid.

We’ve done many pop ups unscheduled and never seen anything worrisome. They’re on the floor with our babies, at the table doing a craft or simply family style eating. No one ever appears left behind with Krystal and Pushpa! Our baby is always engaged in something! They love our babies and take great care of them!

The curriculum and philosophy support love and exploration throughout the day as we hug first then teach. All children need consistent support in order to gain the confidence needed to learn.”

“CCY has been amazing from day 1! We had three children attend CCY when we moved to NC from MD in 2024. Our daughter’s teachers, Ms. Francine and Ms. Haley were the sweetest, most nurturing teachers and they loved our daughter so much and always said such kind words about her. Even after she graduated out of CCY, Ms. Haley always asked about her and how she was doing her first year in school. With our toddler, it was the exact same attentiveness, affection, nurturing experience from the toddler room up to the preschool room. He started when he was 1 up until he was almost 3, and nothing ever changed with how the quality of the care from the teachers. I have never had issues with the staff at CCY, and the Director, Ms. Kristen was such a blessing the entirety of our time at CCY. She truly cares about each child who walks through the doors and does all she can to ensure an exceptional experience. They have always been transparent and communicated with the families for any and everything happening at CCY, from staff changes, to illness in the classroom, to down phone service, to family events happening there. I would highly recommend and it’s well worth the cost for the quality service you’ll receive for your child.”

The cleanliness of the facility is exceptional—easily one of the best I’ve seen—and the environment feels so warm, welcoming, and family-oriented. This made such a difference in helping my 3-year-old adjust smoothly during the transition.

I’m especially impressed with the curriculum and the fun, engaging projects that make learning come so naturally for him. The staff has also been incredibly supportive and encouraging, especially when it comes to potty training, which has meant so much to us.

“Love this school. We left to move to another closer to home daycare and the newer one did not live up to what Children's Academy provided.
