“I toured many facilities while pregnant and this was the only place that spoke to every family coming in out by name !! I also work in many daycares so I see a lot. They are very family oriented and host many fun events. This place is very diverse in every aspect and they are very clear about expectations for families and always exceed mine. The place is always clean from an eye level and my kid isn’t sick often. The ladies in the office are great ! Special shout out to Ms. Krystal and Ms. Pushpa; they always give extensive details about my baby on pick up, which exceeds my expectations. They maintain a great schedule and my baby is always happy to see them (she won’t go to anyone else ). They always send home fun artwork activities, takes them outside, encourages milestone development and always notices changes within our kid. We’ve done many pop ups unscheduled and never seen anything worrisome. They’re on the floor with our babies, at the table doing a craft or simply family style eating. No one ever appears left behind with Krystal and Pushpa! Our baby is always engaged in something! They love our babies and take great care of them! I know this is long but wanted to leave a detailed review for any anxious parents about transitioning into daycares because I was too ??”

“Tammy and Ellen are great leaders! Tammy was especially exceptional getting us enrolled while we're in town for a few weeks. It only took a day to get my girl in school! It's hard to put into words how grateful my whole family is for this school, the live videos, the constant updates, the engaging teachers (Ms. Kiana and Ms. Courtney) and activities, and the opportunity for my only child to learn and grow with other kids while we're in town focusing on construction. The photo is from the school's Valentine's Day dance. ❤️?? Sometimes the days and nights working on this project are long. I typically homeschool, and I'm so grateful for he FlexPass so that I can drop her off as needed so she doesn't fall behind. I highly recommend this school.”

“We absolutely love Tutor Time! My son is new to daycare, and after trying a few places that just didn’t feel like the right fit or provide enough attention, we finally found a place that truly stands out. The cleanliness of the facility is exceptional—easily one of the best I’ve seen—and the environment feels so warm, welcoming, and family-oriented. This made such a difference in helping my 3-year-old adjust smoothly during the transition. I’m especially impressed with the curriculum and the fun, engaging projects that make learning come so naturally for him. The staff has also been incredibly supportive and encouraging, especially when it comes to potty training, which has meant so much to us. Thank you, Tutor Time, for creating such a nurturing and positive space. We feel genuinely grateful and blessed to be part of such an amazing community!”

“Overall great school. My daughter started in January so her transition was not as smooth as I would like it to have been. I met with my daughters 1st grade teacher Ms. Charlotte White in February just to see how she has been doing so far in class. Her report card came out the end of April. I was used to having a parent/teacher conference following report cards, so when I inquired about this, she stated that she didn't think it was necessary to meet again since we just met....when..we met...roughly 2 months ago? I felt like I was an inconvenience to her because I always inquired about my daughters progress. Despite the issues with her teacher, she has been challenged and continues to make progress. I love the camaraderie of the school. We enjoy skate night with her class, as well as movie night. My favorite is when they were given the opportunity to donate items to CVAN. I am very big on teaching children the importance of humility and giving back.”

We now do the extra drive daily because of how impressed we are with this child care. Every day my child comes home excited to talk about school and how much she loves the teachers and her friends. “CCY has been amazing from day 1! We had three children attend CCY when we moved to NC from MD in 2024. Our daughter’s teachers, Ms. Francine and Ms. Haley were the sweetest, most nurturing teachers and they loved our daughter so much and always said such kind words about her. Even after she graduated out of CCY, Ms. Haley always asked about her and how she was doing her first year in school. With our toddler, it was the exact same attentiveness, affection, nurturing experience from the toddler room up to the preschool room. He started when he was 1 up until he was almost 3, and nothing ever changed with how the quality of the care from the teachers. I have never had issues with the staff at CCY, and the Director, Ms. Kristen was such a blessing the entirety of our time at CCY. She truly cares about each child who walks through the doors and does all she can to ensure an exceptional experience. They have always been transparent and communicated with the families for any and everything happening at CCY, from staff changes, to illness in the classroom, to down phone service, to family events happening there. I would highly recommend and it’s well worth the cost for the quality service you’ll receive for your child.”

The staff and teachers are incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, and the flexible scheduling for part-time has been a huge help for our family. I also really appreciate the healthy meals and the fresh fruits they provide every day. The curriculum focuses on important life essentials while making learning fun and engaging for the kids. One feature I absolutely love is that the camera access is included in the weekly tuition, which gives me so much peace of mind throughout the day. Since the new management took over, the improvements have been amazing. You can truly see the positive changes in the center. Having the owner on-site every day is a huge plus for me because it shows dedication, involvement, and genuine care for the children and families. “Great school great place to start your young kindergartens to 5th grade. Its in the middle of a vary upper middle-class naborhood with a well watched crimestoppers environment. I would know because i live here. I see all younger kids in there 1- 5 yrs to 10 to teens and from white black to Asian American, so you see its vary interracial and not alot if any at all crime. Five stars for them and anyone who plans to sign there child up or move in the naborhood will see.”

“Overall, my daughter has had a wonderful experience at this school. In particular, out of the 4 teachers she's had, 3 have been FANTASTIC, and the 4th was still a really good teacher. The only honest, negative feedback we can give is with the busing system and with fundraising. The bus is late (typically 30 minutes) AT LEAST once a week on average...and often times it is late 2-3 times a week. While the school does usually call, it has become a major issue when trying to get to work in the mornings. Also, as other reviews have stated, there ARE ALOT OF FUNDRAISERS. They are structured such that the kids get rewards for raising more money. They are very frequent (and as most parents do, we lean on the same people to contribute in each one, grandparents, etc.) They glorify the rewards so much that my daughter gets REALLY sad and upset if she is unable to earn, for example, a limo ride, and all her friends get to go without her. The fundraising program uses this to almost force parents and grandparents into donating so that their kids do not feel alienated and left out. I HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW WE WILL DO IT ONCE WE HAVE MULTIPLE KIDS IN SCHOOL AT ONE TIME! As soon as one fundraiser is over, another begins immediately. It truly is overwhelming. THE SCHOOL SHOULD REMEMBER WE ALSO PAY TAXES TO SUPPORT OUR PUBLIC SYSTEMS. It is often hard to see where the $25,000 that some of these raise goes, and what the money contributes to. It OBVIOUSLY doesn't go to busing.IT IS VERY EASY TO RANT WHEN SOMETHING UPSETS US. I should fairly reiterate....MY DAUGHTER HAS HAD A WONDERFUL EDUCATION EXPERIENCE OVERALL. HER TEACHERS HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Each one has left their own positive impression on her. They have nurtured her special needs and we've really seen her develop a love of learning AND a LOVE FOR SCHOOL that is priceless. My wife and i have honestly chosen NOT to pursue our own opportunities and move, because we are so fortunate to be in this school. Overall, back off the fundraising, and the educational experience here would be near flawless.”
