Ambar is a very sweet and caring associate. While she was helping me and my mother she took her time and suggested us products that were the right fit for us and helped us find the right match for my mother's skin tone. She was very welcoming, patient, and just all around super sweet to be around. :) Thank you, Ambar!

The customer service at this location is consistently terrible.
I came in recently to exchange a fragrance. There should’ve been maybe a $4-$5 difference in price but when I went to pay the difference it was a $10 difference. When I looked at my receipt the associate (who was very clearly new) did not apply my discount. I bring this issue to the attention of the Manager (fair toned woman dark curly hair) who was trying her best to avoid me. I finally get her attention and she’s extremely short and dismissive. She passes me off to Janay to fix the issue. Janay calls another manager named Kayla to come and help. I explain the situation to Janay so she’s able to clearly explain it to the manager and she proceeds to say “Yeah I get it I wasn’t confused”….. if there was no confusion on their end then why did I leave without a solution??? Just rude for absolutely no reason.
Throughout this entire situation not ONE person apologized for the inconvenience. They all had an attitude and made the situation more difficult than it had to be. I left the store with NO solution since no one wanted to truly help me. This is the worst location in the area. They would rather be cliqued up talking and gossiping rather than helping customers. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed as a loyal customer. Do better Sephora!

I've Been Coming To This Location Since They Opened, I've Honestly Never Had A Bad Customer Service Experience Until Today. As I Was Being Assisted By An Associate At The Register (Wish I Remembered Her Name, Great Energy) I Asked For A Fragrance That Happened To Be In The Back. The Associate At The Register Very Politely Turned And Asked The Lady If She Could Grab The Fragrance Since She Was Still Helping Me With Something Else... The Lady (Addy) Very Rudely Told Her "No But You Could Go Get It Yourself"... I Was Taken Back And Very Uncomfortable, As A Manager I Was Disappointed With Her Corny Wanna Be Mean Girl Attitude. Very Distasteful And Unprofessional... Other Than That I'd definitely give you 5 Stars!!

Every time I come to this location to purchase something it’s out of stock despite the website saying it IS in stock. This has happened at least 4-5 times already. So either shoplifting is heavy at this store or they are just sloppy with inventory. I will no longer be patronizing this Sephora. The location is too packed and inconvenient anyway.

Channing and Jeremiah were very very helpful and patient. They answered all my questions, gave me some laughs and both gave me recommendations for everything I needed to start my makeup journey. Jeremiah even updated my beauty profile so even though I did not purchase today because the line was so long and they were close to closing, I still am able to come back and purchase the same products we talked about and even recommendations for other products similar. Employee Kayla is very rude. I sat down in one of the chairs because I was dizzy. She asked if we needed anything my friend explained to her why I sat down and she turned around to another employee to talk junk about me. Told another employee and was informed Kayla gets a lot of complaints and is very nasty to people and also that the manager is rude to do nothing is done about Kayla being rude.

Went to front register asked for love don’t be shy specifically asked for the pink colored love don’t be shy the 2 girls at register promised it was the right one they sold me I got home opened the box and it was WRONG. it was called Love and it was clear. So now I have to make another long trip back waste time and gas to exchange it for the correct one. ?

i picked up a bottle of perfume and set it back down. proceeded to get followed by 4 workers and stopped at the door. girl went “i know whats in your bag” i opened my bag and all there was was my personal items and a pair of boxers i bought from american eagle. awful customer service. never will step foot in here again.

Do not buy gift cards from this store. When you go use the card it has a zero balance. When you call the store they give you the run around and no one can help. They will give you client services # and the gift card # which are worthless.

The staff was delightful and very attentive! They helped me pick out a foundation in my shade, and even helped me find a setting powder! I was admittedly SO nervous as I've never shopped at a place that specializes in makeup, but everyone was delightful and helped me feel at place even when I originally felt so out of the ordinary there. Thanks a bunch to everyone that helped me find my shade and taught me the basics and what was beginner friendly!
