Very busy for the holiday season. Helpful staff. Located inside outlets. Cost is average like any other Sephora. They did offer 20% off entire order. Food court right across from the store.

No assistance. (Concord Mills location) Was wondering around the store trying to locate a specific gift item. Kept walking around, looking up and down the aisles for it. Not one associate available to ask for help. Saw only one associate that was busy with a customer. I left. Went to Ulta.

I did a makeup service with Jocelyn. I have actually never done a makeup service before but based of this experience I would do it again in a heartbeat. She was very patient and professional. Walked me through the entire thing and also recommended products. By the end of the service I felt like I gained a new friend. She is very sweet and omg my MAKEUP look AMAZING. She actually did my wedding makeup and it was better than I would have ever imagined. It lasted all day long with no creases. It did not budge all day. And it was such a natural but glam look which was exactly what I wanted. I need to go back and buy everything she used but it was THAT good. Highly recommend

I have not been to this mall in a few months, but just like every department store and mall in the area, they're exploiting the "black girl" meme. You can't go anywhere without seeing the dark skinned black woman with natural hair or as a single mother. This type of advertising literally makes me angry. I used to enjoy seeing black women in ads and on tv but the overuse and exploitation makes me not want to walk into any store these days. Everyone is relying in the "black girl" stuff. Sickening really. I wish they would have some ethics in advertising but they just keep pushing it.

First time at this mall and a free standing Sephora..ours is in Kohls so not as big...they where very friendly and helpful. Even got matched for a foundation and she did a great job and recommended one for my skin type. Very busy place but lots of helpful associates here. I even splurged a little!

I was at Sephora 2 hours ago. I’ve been using the summer Fridays balm for a while now. This is my first time seeing the trio kit so I got them. When I got home I realized that the red one was missing, instead of three there were two of them inside the box. I called the store to explain them and what the girls just did is ask for the time I was there and what I was wearing to make sure I didn’t steal, telling me they were going to check the cameras. ONG I have been store manager for more than 3 years now so that was very unprofessional and rude. Not everybody goes to y’all job to steal. I can buy plenty of summer lip balm if I need to ladies. I will stop by Sephora to get my money back.

The young man that assisted me was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He said that he had been working there for about a month but he knew his job and was very good at it. I am sorry I can't remember his name, I would like to give him his props.

Wow. I’ve lived over 4 decades, have traveled across the country visited and purchased from multiple Sephora’s in my life time. I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely, as I was by the makeup artist on duty tonight.I have never had such a negative, inhospitable experience as I did in this rigid discriminatory store; as I did today.Apparently, I was picked on according to the wonderful staff member that stepped in to apologize for the rudeness & support me after the hit of abuse she also experienced previously.It was such an awful feeling I left the products I was going to purchase there.How awful and abusive. Apparently, according to staff there they have to deal with this bullying, micromanaging rigidity of abuse on occasion too.The regional store manager for Sephora needs to investigate the staff at this location and look into this abusive style of mico managing bullying that seems to be occurring at this store location and deal with the personnel issues cause it’s spreading like cancer to the Brands image and customer base!There is a disgraceful violated resonate feeling which has me considering if I will ever shop with Sephora again after this. Especially, if management condones such abusive, toxic communication from their staff towards their customers.

Listen, I am NOT a makeup girly. I went into this location to do an Instacart order and I had no idea where anything was located. I was walking around like I didn’t know that 4+4=ATE, which is exactly what Melissa did when she shopped the whole order for me in all of 3 minutes. She didn’t complain or make a face (y’all know how some people be), and had me out of the store in 45 mins less than it would have taken me had I been on my own. Thank you, Melissa!!

I had the most wonderful experience at Sephora, all thanks to the amazing makeup artist, Jocelyn! I want to give her a huge shout-out for her exceptional service and expertise.I brought my mom in for a 30-minute makeup session with Jocelyn, and it turned out to be an enlightening and enjoyable experience for both of us. Jocelyn was incredibly knowledgeable about makeup products and techniques, and she patiently showed us what worked best for my mom's unique skin type.Throughout the session, Jocelyn demonstrated various products, explaining their benefits and how they could enhance my mom's features. She also provided valuable tips on application, ensuring that my mom felt confident in replicating the look at home.Jocelyn's warm and friendly demeanor instantly made my mom feel at ease, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere during the entire session. I needed foundation because my usual foundation is no longer available. The person who offered to help me was wearing foundation that was at least 2 shades too light for her so I didn't feel like I could trust her. I asked for a sample of MUF 3Y52. She handed me 2 samples that she said were what I requested and one shade darker. Now that I'm home and I looked at them, she gave me 3Y56 and 3R58 and when I went online to look at MUF foundation, I see she entered 3Y56 as my perfect match. It's not my perfect match, it's way too dark.I wasted my time going there and I won't be back. I miss the Northlake location because the staff there (especially Joe) really knew what they were doing.

So I'm assuming theft is on the rise because they've added a lot of security to the samples. And they opened late due to no staff but when they did open the stuff worked triple time to help me.
