Keri is the reason we returned to Settlers Landind Self storage. My daughter is a student at UNC Charlotte and she loves the fact that the facility is close to campus, the team treats her well, and it's climate controlled. Don't know what we would do without Keri and Settlers Landing.

The first person I called about storage for my travel trailer was Taylor. I knew right away by his professionalism and kindness there was no need to look around anywhere else. He took us out to our spot and gave us several choices and explained the benefits to each location. My only regret is we don’t have more “Taylors” in this world! He is a man of quality. The facility is spotless and top notch.

Reasonably priced storage unit facility. The staff is friendly and quick to solve any issues. Open from 6 am to 10pm, unless you need 24 hour access (which is an extra cost), you have more than enough time to go to your unit. Plenty of parking and 3 doors for entry, you will be able to move in and out with ease!

As a student at Davidson College, I needed somewhere to store my belongings for the summer. Settlers Landing Self Storage is the perfect place for my roommates and me to store our belongings between academic years. The building and storage units are secure, and the pricing is perfect for a college budget. Thank you Taylor!

We have been at this facility for several months. First I'll start outside. The building is very clean and well lit up. The entry is easy to access on the side or the front but I prefer the side close to elevators. The elevator is wide and also nice and lit up. We go upstairs and the lights are automatically on when you walk through and shut off when not used. As soon as it senses someone it turns right back on. Taylor is the front office person and I've texted several times and got an immediate response. Also it's easy to pay because it comes automatically off the debit. Taylor is the only one I've worked with and is exceptionally nice and easy to get along with. The space we have is clean. No sign of any sort of bugs which I imagine would be if people were constantly moving in and out but there's none. The floors are super clean in the walk areas and the sidewalk too. I'm a super picky person and I'm very happy with this storage unit. I also like that it is temp controlled and my stuff isn't sitting in some hot room. I definitely recommend Taylor and Settlers landing self storage.

so glad I picked this storage facility. My unit as well as the property and was very clean. Great customer service Taylor is always so friendly. They have the best prices and 24 access to my unit. Definitely recommend!
